I mention that because we have an olfactory sensitive staff member who I had wisely told to stay away until we were done. While Fantastic was not the least expensive project quite I received they were very competitive and worked hard to understand my needs and earn my business. They are packing to leave and I could not be more pleased with the clean and freshness of our cheap glue down office carpet. Just because it looks clean doesn't mean it is and I wanted to see the dirty extraction water like always because I find it satisfying to see all that ick going down the drain. They were very careful with our belongings and respectful of our space at all points in the process. The big soup stain and the big Sprite mess at our front door are completely gone and the areas under our chairs that had all those little spots are nice and clean. Would highly highly recommend and will for sure use them again. Adam is apprenticing to James to continue the business and that is always gratifying to me on a personal level to support generational businesses that have survived and thrived.

I dropped off my large rug to be cleaned late November and was quoted a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I called multiple times to get a status update, each time they did not have a status update for me. Then 10 weeks later I receive a bill in the mail with my charge, apparently my rug was ready?? I go pick up the rug and their credit card machine was down, so I left my information with them. I then receive another bill 5 days later saying there is a 30 day late charge and they automatically bill an extra $30 without telling me. On top of everything, and they lost my rug pad and did not claim any responsibility for it! Will be finding somewhere else to go in the future. The rug itself came back clean with all stains removed.

The tech, Andre, pretreated several areas and I could tell the difference right away even in spots where I unsuccessfully tried to remove gum or stains. Pierre was on time and texted me to let me know when he was on the way (wonderful!), and he did an excellent job cleaning my couches and chairs. I have two dogs, a cat, and two kids so you can imagine how gross these pieces get! He brought all his own equipment including towels for the floor and water for the machines. He got right to work and was finished in just about 2 hours. He shared that he worked 10 years in a name-brand furniture store specializing in upholstery cleaning before starting his own company.
