Went in person, over 10 employees were in the store, no one on the phones or assisting other customers they were eating cookies, talking amongst themselves, and drinking their Starbucks. And I had to wait for the manager to finish his cookie to help the employee remove the fee. I've needed further assistance and have been trying to get someone on the phone for another fee I should not be getting charged and I cannot get anyone to answer or call back. I left a voicemail two days ago and waited on hold for over thirty minutes today before giving up. I've chatted with the online Ai and the phone Ai person and it's been a waste of my time. I was bushwacked into them, as they bought out Quantum Fiber and took control of my account. BTW, Quantum Fiber was excellent, and I would never have moved service on my own.

I knew it was just a user error, some kind of configuration issue, but how wonderful to get the system all functioning properly and so quickly! It sure beat having to call my husband, who got left behind this trip, and have him try for an hour or more to walk us through the issue. The two guys who came were very pleasant as well as prompt; the price was reasonable for a service call. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in a minute.
