Cox Mobile referred me to this location under insurance. No one else in line, gave the details to the representative, referred to call Asursion- on site did so, THEY have no replacement or cannot fix on site- okay, no problem. THEY do not service Motorola products. Hmmmmmm. After doing the Kiosk stuff and speaking with an Asursion rep, I told the in person rep let's do a replacement then for $29.99, however I sorta need this for work. I noticed a few other customers arrive and politely told the rep to please assist them and I'll patiently wait. The rep continued to ignore me and assist the next 6-7 customers who seemed to all have the same or similar issues except being Apple related. The rep continued to WHISTLE (endlessly) assisting customers and making up fake gestures to them. I waited patiently and so on. After ONE HOUR of being ignored I finally quietly left back to Cox Mobile only to be referred to the Asurion website to FINISH the claim. In turn, " Sorry we're unable to continue your claim, an error occurred while processing your claim." BTW, it was a male, no name badge-never introduced himself-was more worried about making a commission, making stupid -lame comments to the others or WHISTLING the entire time. I see now the ones I let go after me, the rep was ALL about them and completely ignored me. The rep had endless opportunities to take my payment for a replacement and I would've been happy. Amazing how this happens and is accepted. This is by far ONE of the WORST customer services ever, especially NOW. 06/29/26 after 4PM, waited until way after 5PM.

Since I retired and my I-phone was connected to my work PC, I needed my I-phone to connect to my home laptop and Microsoft with regards to the calendar and contacts. Also, our Cox provider sold their email part of the business to Yahoo so we needed Yahoo to work with our Outlook. The first tech we had did his best to handle our situation. He did resolve our email issue, but after he left, there were problems with our contacts and calendar. This was nearly a 3-hour appointment. We set up another appointment a few days later and Josh W was sent out to tackle the issues. He was able to resolve our contacts and mostly resolve our calendar issue. I was very relieved. My phone still isn't in syn with our laptop, but we'll work on that during our next visit. I've worked with a lot of IT professionals both at work and home. It can take a while to find the right fit for the problem as IT techs have their different areas of expertise. Josh W was the right fit for this issue and we appreciate his methodical review and resolution. We highly recommend you start with the 4-point review before dealing with your issues. We weren't clear that the 4-point review of your systems only takes about 10-15 minutes and it then warranties the work. We did the 4-point review on the 2nd visit. Josh W made recommendations to expand our hard drive so it will work better as well as recommended a better back-up solution that what we currently have.
