We ordered multiple char burgers and a chicken sandwich with side of fries. The food tasted fine to us. Charburger was a decent size, patty was cooked well with melting cheese on top. I wish they had grilled the bread. The soda machine also didn't have enough gas for fizz in the drinks. This was my first time trying Habit grill. Though the interior was nice and service was quick, the food tasted so unexciting. By the way, if you sign up for a rewards account, they give a free charburger, so do it before putting in your order.

I will not blame the staff at all. Despite them being obviously VERY short staffed, the three employees there were working as fast as they could despite the conditions. There was a small crowd and it was a very long wait. It was actually nearly a half hour wait for myself and it appeared to be the same for those who ordered right before and immediately after me. Had I known it would've been that long of a wait, I would've skipped this place altogether. I had interactions with two of them, who were friendly despite the conditions and the angry eyes of others waiting for their "food". Because they were short staffed, two of the three self order kiosks were out of receipt paper and I had to interrupt them to get my receipt (I wasn't the only one who needed to do that). And yes, you can only order through the kiosks. In the end, it's the fault of this location's management for their hiring practices and leaving this place as short staffed as it is. The three employees were doing what they can - but some people will be inpatient and blame them, when it wasn't their fault. The "food" is what it is - I needed something to hit the spot and it did what it was supposed to do and made as advertised. I was initially not going to come here at all, but I wanted to stop because this was the James Gandolfini Service Area and I wanted to check it out inside specifically for that reason. Burger King was the lucky pick. The tables were either crowded or dirty, so I just opted to eat in the comfort of my own car. It's the service area's responsibility to keep the tables clean and not Burger King's fault in that regard. Overall, if it's a downtime and they're still short staffed, then it may be a shorter wait and worth it if you choose to ingest Burger King. Otherwise if this place continues to remain short staffed, expect a much longer wait than you'd ever expect from a 'fast food' chain.

The soda dispensers also had no carbohydrate, the sprite we got tasted like sugar water. Not surprising, pretty much all Chipotle stores do not maintain their soda dispensers.
