Only one customer (group) at a time is allowed inside, and everyone else waits outside. They are very slow taking come customers orders, so waiting in line outside is an ordeal. This morning, I arrived before they opened, was about 4th in line, and waited 40 minutes before I could even place my order. Their operation must be highly inefficient to be that slow with so few customers actually waited on. I imagine that the biggest appeal is that many people can simply walk there from the surrounding condos in the area, and it is the only thing. Within a short walk -- they've got a captive customer base. If you've got the time to waste, give it a try, but don't expect the wait to be pleasant.
