The Greek Salad had what appeared to be a whole can of garbanzo beans at the bottom, but we snacked on them as a group and we got through most of it. The dressing was addicting. The food was creative and interesting enough to appeal to the eye as well the palate. They have a very good kitchen or food manager. :) We got there just at opening, which was 11AM. There was already a line of people. The poor staff was just icing down the salads as people were picking the pre-made salad boxes up and went to wait in line to pay. There are shaded areas for eating and flush toilets (yay! - so important!). The toilets are neat and clean and are found at the back of the property. The toilets cannot be seen from the road which may be a smart thing otherwise they would have people stopping all the time. The restrooms are only for those who have business with Hana Health. This food stand supports Hana Health, so I think technically, it was okay for us to wander back there. The restrooms are so cute, too. They were tiny; it was like what I imagined living in a tiny home and having a tiny restroom would be like. Very, very clean, too. The cleanliness of the place is what gives this food stand a five star.

I had a Vanilla Coconut Iced Latte (5/5 - great flavor and good quality coffee) and my daughter had the Fruity Pebble Iced Latte (sweet but she loved it). While we were enjoying our drinks, we talked with on of the owners, Michelle, who told us her story. She is a great local business woman with an excellent store. She actually remodeling to be able to do even more. We also had a nibble of her macadamia nut spread and macadamia nut butter on some locally made sourdough bread (6/5). It was all so good. I would suggest that if you get the garlic shrimp, that you have anyone else whom you plan on talking to or being closer than 2 feet from you also eat the garlic shrimp. These things are delicious but will keep vampires away for quite a while. Simply put this is a great stop to get your quick food on, easily eat in 10-15 mins and you can be on the road in 30 mins or less if your in a hurry, or like us, just soak in that glorious weather and have a great meal.
