Dr. Armin Arasheban is an old-school doctor in the best sense of the word. He seems to take care of…read moreeach patient as though they were a member of his own family--proactive, thoughtful, and always putting the person first. I've never met Dr. Arasheban personally, but I've been a physician for over 10 years and have encountered many patients who have him as their doctor. What has always stood out to me is how consistently they speak about him with a level of appreciation and trust that goes beyond simply being satisfied with their medical care. That kind of relationship between a physician and patient is increasingly rare. The impression I've gotten over the years is of a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients and takes personal responsibility for helping them navigate their health. That deserves recognition.

I have been a patient of Dr. Armin S. Arasheben for approximately five years. When I first became…read morehis patient, I was very satisfied with his care. He was attentive, professional, followed up on my lab results, and made sure important primary-care matters were addressed. Unfortunately, my experience with the practice has gradually changed significantly. Over time, the office appears to have shifted away from the level of personal and professional medical care I initially received. Much of my care has been handled by nurse practitioners, and I have had several experiences that raised serious concerns for me regarding attention to detail and professionalism. On multiple occasions, incorrect prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy, and I was the one who noticed the errors. When I brought one of these incidents to Dr. Arasheben's attention, I did not feel that my concern was taken seriously or adequately addressed. Initially, I treated it as an isolated mistake, but over time I experienced additional issues that caused me to lose confidence in the practice. Most recently, when I asked about my overdue annual physical, I was told that it was my responsibility to keep track of when my annual examinations were due. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the level of care, I was essentially told that if I was unhappy, I could find another primary-care physician. After being a patient for five years, this was extremely disappointing. In my experience, the practice today feels much more focused on running and expanding a business than providing the attentive, disciplined primary care that I received when I first became a patient. Based on my recent experiences, particularly the repeated prescription errors and the response to my concerns, I can no longer recommend this practice as a primary-care provider.

I've noticed a big difference in myself during this time: my mood and energy are better, I'm more engaged with life, and my overall mental health has improved significantly. I feel joy and genuine laughter again, and I'm able to connect with people in a way I haven't been able to for years. I'm also able to think more creatively, be more productive at work, and solve problems that had me stuck for years by looking at them from a different perspective. The change was noticeable after just a few weeks, which feels amazing after 8 years of unsuccessful conventional treatments. This experience has been genuinely life-changing for me! What I really appreciate is that the care never feels rushed or like you're just another person going through a system. It feels personal and human. They're very thoughtful and check in to see how you're doing and if you have any questions. I also really appreciate that they offer evening appointments, which makes it much easier to fit into my work schedule. The office building is also pretty quiet and low-key, which I personally really like. They also have the most comfortable recliners and provide thick, soft blankets and a personal eye mask to use if you don't bring your own. I'm really grateful I found this team and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for thoughtful, compassionate care!
