We re-negotiated the original, very generously low price and were able to get a very tough move on the road. Once they got to my house, the crew got everything off their trucks, and were able to assemble the beds they brought, and got everything done that was possible to be done. A couple hours later, she called and informed me that they'd noticed that an inside panel at the back of the neck was also quite damaged. She wanted to make sure I was aware of this (I was) and assured me that they would do all they could to repair this as well because "I know how much this coat means to you." I didn't think this patch even could be repaired, which I why I hadn't mentioned it--to have it be noticed and addressed with such kindness means a lot to me. We also ended up getting a structural test for a great bundle price. Upon arrival there was team of two who tackled the home and completed the mold and structural test under an hour. They were extremely detailed when explaining the issues that did arise when they were done with the inspection on site and within a few hours of them leaving, I received the two full written reports with detailed explanations and local contractor recommendations for the issues that the did find in the attic. They also offer a follow up service for a check in inspection once you have the work completed in the home. I highly recommend this team! They were fast efficient and affordable.

We had a conversation in relation to finding people for various jobs such as handyman type work or specialty, he was nice enough to share his list of some folks he has used. After the remediation I made an appointment with him to inspect the cleanup of the mold at no additional cost. There are some out there that will charge an additional cost.
