I had a full chart with that doctor. Not sure what happened to it. I was currently trying for a baby and have to get annual breast exams due to my family history of breast cancer. I had the ultrasounds done and even a biopsy on my breasts a month prior to seeing her for my physical and doctor Hethumuni insisted that I get a full mammogram before I continue to try for a baby. I made the mammogram appointment for the next day. When I showed up to the appointment they told me it had been canceled. I tried to make another one. They called me and said they canceled it. They kept canceling it because they said I was not in need of a mammogram at this stage of life. It took a while before I had figured out that they were calling. Dr. Hethumuni's office every time before they canceled my appointments. She had written down in my file that I did not need a mammogram until the age of 42, despite telling me in the office that I should not try for a baby until after I get a mammogram. She cost me a month of trying for a baby. I never received an apology for her massive mistake. She is also continuously late for telehealth appointments, and not exaggerating. When I say that one time I waited 40 minutes for her. Yet I still owe $45 for an appointment that I was 8 minutes late for an appointment when there was no parking anywhere within a mile of their facility. I called when I got there 5 minutes before my appointment and said there was no parking. And they replied there is no grace period. The audacity is pretty outrageous.

She is usually this terrible, rude and abrasive - the only reason I have stayed this long with this office is for Dr. Sheldon- but now I am done. She was just staring at her screen typing, 0 eye contact. Said its 1:37, your appointment is cancelled. We have no grace period. I was still in awe and how cold and rude she was. She came back to say I would have to sit and wait another 2 hours for my appt to be pushed to 3:30. I asked to speak with a manager, the usual made up response " she is not available" I asked where in their policy or contract does it state there is no grace period? Could there be some exception? I am a long time established patient, and it was completely empty. She said you signed something that there is no grace period. I did? Please show me such documentation, or documentation which reflects your office 0 grace period/policy. She started to scramble to print something on their office policy. She could not make sense of what she printed, what so ever. So she walked up to another employee, pointed to language, and her co-worker was just as clueless. I was never given that documentation about this policy. The man was as calm as can be, but Dr. Paronian was making it clear that he was concerned and personally invested in seeing the patient get the specific and immediate help he needed. I share this only to say: it's more than charts and checks here! He really cares about his patients. This was years ago. Though I've changed insurance a couple of times, I ensure he's in my network. If you're dealing with health issues, the last thing you want to worry about is cold and subpar care. You get none of these at Dr. Paronian's office. P.S. The office smells like a bottle of Le Labo perfume (at least the last time I was there). They pay attention to detail. Every now and then, there has been a wait - however, when you consider the quality of care and the volume of people who choose Dr. Paronian as their primary care physician, it makes sense! P.S.S. I did get the email about the new admin fee. To note, I've never had to pay it in the past so I don't know exactly when that was implemented. However, the email notification I received both notified and explained the fee. They also did not automatically charge me or generate a bill for it (from what I can see). He is only concerned with profits. Patient care is missing. After my surgery, my breasts were on my shoulders. I had bulging underneath my breasts that never healed normally. I was missing half a nipple. This doctor shot me out of the office in less than an hour after surgery. He didn't even give me pain meds for the trip home. I was in excruciating pain for weeks. The follow up was trash! It's all for looks. No care involved at all. I paid for a ten year warranty. The breast with the large bulge ruptured two weeks after my warranty expired. When i went to look for this office, they had moved and didn't have a listing. He removed all his old reviews. I had to ask around to find him. Sure enough, he was hidden with no signage on his building. I had to search every floor and check doors before I found his new office. I asked about revision and was treated like a new patient. No concern about my ruptured breast at all! I was quoted $7500-$9000. Fkg ridiculous! The doctor who did my revision said that the previous doctor implanted 700cc sacks and overfilled them to 900cc. That explains the bulging and strange shapes they took on. I paid half of what​ doctor T's office quoted. I'm in nearly no pain, two days after my revision in TJ. I stayed in the hospital overnight and my husband was accommodated too. My new doctor just texted me to ask how I'm feeling. Wow! What a difference! Don't let your excitement get the best of you.
