Nash's automotive is the most honorable auto repair place I have ever gone to. Tim and Bes are very professional and treat their customers with respect. I have two cars and got quotes from the dealerships when I needed repairs and they were out of control as far as price!! I bought a used 2005 pilot from Nashe's. This is a horror story of issues. I asked for the service records so I could see what work had been done and they told me that the pilot had been thoroughly checked out.. This was all good. I had them do the vehicle state inspection then bought the pilot, paid cash and thought I was done. Tried to start it and it would not start, loose battery connection and they fixed that and drove it home. Next day found out I had no headlights, they had to install two missing relays.. later that week I had and overheating problem took it to CBA and discovered the cooling fan was bad and had it replaced. Had all oils changed and checked at the same time, differential was never changed since new. Had the cabin filter replaced and it had never been replaced since new. But I had a copy of Nash's service record that said it had been replaced and paid for by the previous owner. The pilot is at CBA to repair a faulty valve cover seal because of improper installation. Now as I sit here writing this review I was notified that there is problem with the blend door that was replaced by Nash's per their service records. I could not recommend Nash's to any one and I blame myself for believing I was dealing with honorable people. Dealing with them would be questionable because of all the issues that I have had and when I tried to discuss this with them they became very DEFENSIVE and angry. read more

I've taken cars to Nash's several times and have had nothing but positive experiences. I've always left feeling like they were honest and that I was treated fairly. I felt they went above expectations to ensure I had a good customer experience. I'm surprised by the few other posts. I think too often people only post when they have a negative experience. read more

Horrible, Spent 1,600.00 having my front end rebuilt. My lower control arm broke off. Had to get towed and spent another 900.00. I was two minutes from entering the highway. This could have been catastrophic. It also tore up my fender. They also did my breaks. Something is terribly wrong since then. The dealership said they should have told me about the lower control arm. My families well being was placed at risk. read more

These guys wanted $1200 to fix what I got done elsewhere for $40 THATS 97% OFF!!!.......I had two vehicles repaired at this shop within a week of eachother. when i brought in car 2 i figured they'd do me a solid since I had paid handsomely on car 1 and car 2 was a simple fix. WRONG!! a month later, the AC goes out in car 2, so we call nash's to give them another shot. Kim (manager) diagnoses the car over the phone saying the AC would need a FULL REBUILD ($1200!). They sit on the car all day and when we call to check on the car my wife hears the mechanic say "no" to Kim's "did you get a chance to charge the system on the toyota?"" ..... when my wife arrives, Kim says her initial diagnosis was correct and we need the full rebuild. I took the car elsewhere and the AC is now operable, at a cost of only $40. I will never return unless I'm getting bids from multiple shops prior to work. read more

Stay away !!!!!-The people working in this auto repair shop are crooks, very unprofessional and rude which includes the manager also. This Automotive and service repair shop hires a promotion company called Top Gun Promotions to sell their oil change discount coupons door to door. The representative who sold me the coupons assured me that if I buy the coupons on that day, he will make sure that Nash Automotive will give me an oil change service with Valvoline brand. Upon reaching the shop for actual oil change they refused to use Valvoline and said whosoever sold you the coupons made a false promise. Full Story: My wife went to Nash Automotive for oil change with the coupon I had purchased and the shop manager asked her to scheduled an appointment for an oil change the next day at 4.00 PM. The next day I reached there at 4.00 PM and discovered that the manager had canceled the appointment as it was scheduled for 3.45PM and asked me to reschedule. When I requested him to reconsider he was very rude and refused to provide me service that day which he finally agreed upon several requests. When my car was taken inside for oil change I realized that they were not using Valvoline oil but some bulk purchased oil. When I told the manager how devastated and swindled I felt, he said that I can take my car out of the facility immediately and threatened to call the cops if I did not leave the premise. I asked the manager to feel free to call the cops on me as I had every right to be there and that I was protected by the prepaid 24/7 legal service. That scared the living daylights out of the manager. I called him a dirtbag straight to his face and he couldn't do anything. read more

This place is shady and unethical. I took my car here when the engine light went on, they told me several things were wrong and charged me an outrageous amount. They were unaware that I work for a national news network and they will now be part of piece that will air in October regarding automotive fraud. The lady at the front desk was so unprofessional and tried to bully me into paying for things I didn't need. Consumer beware! read more

I have used this place two times. The first time was to replace brakes, which they did as promised and I had no complaints. The second time, I needed an idler pully replaced (labor only). The service writer quoted me a price/time that was about 5 times too much. (don't think he knew I had already talked with the mechanic) I get the feeling that these guys will take advantage of you if they have the chance. I recommend going down the block to Allen Automotive instead. read more

I took my vehicle in to this rip-off place because my father-in-law is renting a house from Nash and thought I would get a good deal - WRONG!! It cost me $1300 to get an oil leak and transmission hose replaced, motor mounts fixed and wiper blades replaced. Driving it home I discovered that the motor still vibrated as bad as before and there was still something leaking. I took it back a few days later and they quoted $900 to fix the water pump and transmission leak. When I asked why this wasn't fixed and discovered the first time, the receptionist didn't have an answer. I demanded my keys and left. Whatever is till wrong with it, I will take to another place. These con-artists will not get anther penny from me. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! read more
