This visit, she introduced me to a newer technique called nanoblading. She mentioned that many places charge almost double for it, but she didn't charge me extra. The results were amazing and so much more natural! It did take about twice as long, but Soo was incredibly meticulous and took extra care to make sure I was completely happy. She even made additional touch-ups before I left. I really appreciate her attention to detail and dedication to getting it right. Highly recommend Soo if you're looking for beautiful, natural-looking brows!

Granted there were others who offered a lower price, but my friend liked how Soo did my eyebrows years ago. My friend had very lightly colored eyebrows, and she is now very pleased with the final results. Initially, she thought the eyebrows were a bit too thin and not quite long enough. However, she mentioned that she appreciated the gradual change, as this was her first experience with eyebrow microblading. You will certainly see a significant difference between her before and after photographs.

Yet, she is still so humble and takes her time to chat and learn more about the customer. I felt like I had a say in the process and honestly that a friend was doing my brows - it was casual, relaxed, and chill. Order = 5/5 I got the combo brows which is microblading with powder. I will never not get this. I had patchy brows (over plucking, scarring, yikes) that I was super self conscious of growing up and was having to fill them in. Since getting these done - I barely have had to fill in, maybe a slight touch up if I have an event or need to do some make up. If you like bare faced and natural looks, this was game changing. I'm super not familiar with make up or skilled at it - enough to be dangerous, and this helped me so much. I feel more confident and happier with my brows. Only slight upkeep is needed to trim! I have already gotten my touch up from the initial appointment, and you only need to go maybe every year or so after to touch up. Overall = 5/5 Great investment that I kick myself for not having done sooner. But honestly, glad I waited till I found Kelly. I tried brow lamination, and it wasn't for me. Her microblading skills are top notch and give a very natural look which I wanted. I found my brow girl and never going back. Hint = check her Instagram if you are indecisive, I saw them all and I knew she was the one. My photo is on there too!

She's super easy to talk to and really provides a comforting and homey vibe once you get to the studio. Love the aesthetics - I actually fell asleep while she was working on my brows! That's how comfortable I was. Her studio is located in Downtown Pasadena - it's right next to the plaza that has Mandarin Coffee Stand. Located on the second floor, near the bathroom where you follow a corridor to get to the studio. I actually got my initial brows done with one of the students that she was training. And then I came back for a touch up where Jeana worked on my brows herself. I thought her student did a good job, but I have to say that my expectations were completely toppled after Jeana helped touch up my brows. I definitely trust her expertise and decision making 100%. I don't really know too much about brows, but I had already gotten compliments the day of and even days after where people pointed out how nice my brows look. Process is not painful at all, maybe a 2/10 if I had to rate it. She sent me home with some brow aftercare, which was really nice. And the best part - now I can just roll out of bed with my brows done and not have to worry about them looking sparse or too light! Highly recommend Jeana if you're looking to get your brows done. She takes into consideration what you are looking for, what suits your face, and goes about executing the vision 1000% better than you could have expected. Definitely will be recommending her to my friends and coming back in the future for all my brow needs!
