Let me just say that from the very 1st. time I spoke to Yuri on the phone, there was a lot you could tell about him. His understanding, compassion, listening skills, experience, common sense, his capability to easy my mind, the fact he makes people his priority. The next day when he came to my house he was the exact same way as on the phone. Not hurrying me but listening using his common sense, humor and calmness as I watched him figure out the problem and solve it. Others would have told me I needed parts rather than take the time to try and figure it out. Yuri took the time & showed me every step & what it was doing. I called Nepora late on a Monday, almost 8pm, because my AC stopped working. They didn't pick up, but texted saying they'd call me back. An hour later, after I started calling other companies (unsuccessfully), Yuri from Nepora calls me back, and tries to see if he can come over the next day, or the day after. However, after hearing my description of the issue, he decided he could squeeze me in that same night. Less than two hours later he's knocking on my door, and in less than half an hour he brought my AC back to life! I can't recommend him enough: he came in, did a quick diagnostic, and right on the spot replaced the capacitor - no gimmicks, no funny business, just good honest work. This company not only outstanding, they are also extremely honest! We needed to replace gas lines that were neither properly installed or up to code. We got one estimate (that we had to pay for) from another company, and one from Napora Heating and Cooling (free of charge). Not only was Yuri extremely knowledgeable (I had to explain the code to the other company and point out why it was dangerous), he was very prompt and honest. His estimate was fair and two days later the work was completed. Not only that, he also willingly answered questions I had about other areas of concern, never once trying to upsell me on anything. Great service, friendly people, high quality work, fair and honest prices. We just had our furnace replace by Napora. Yuri came out and went over our old one and pointed out the issues it had. He showed me what he found and let me know my options. He simply told me what was wearing out and what it would cost to replace the parts. No pressure at all to fix or to replace. From there he answered all the questions I had on both options. After doing some quick math I went with a new one. We set a date and he gave me a price. They were here on the date and on time. I had what I thought was a furnace not firing on a Friday morning, no less. I called Napora Heating and Cooling and Yuri, the owner answered (as he does every call, apparently). He had a full morning and would stop as soon as he could. He arrived at noon just as I was going to call and tell him the furnace started at 11:30. I called around 8 AM and Yuri called me back within 15 minutes, said he would come take a look at our lack of hot water later that day. He called to say he was on his way and 20 minutes later had already figured out a circulation pump froze up. Replaced it from stock in his truck and by 12pm we had hot water again. I can't express how impressed I was with the customer service foremost not taking anything away from the professionalism and knowledge to address the issue quickly. Yuri is very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I called him last Saturday and, on the phone, he provided quick checks I could complete on my own. Many would just charge a service fee...he was really just focused on helping! Unfortunately, my AC still wasn't working as well as it should. My AC unit went down on Sunday, thank god it wasn't extremely hot yet. Monday morning I sent Napora a message and Yuri got back to me immediately. He was at jobs all day but still made time for me when he was done. Every other company was 2 weeks out or wanted to charge me for an emergency call. our furnace fan wouldn't shut off. called them on july 4th weekend. they were here july 5th. by then somehow the fan was working. a guy named mike inspected furnace and a/c and said everything looks fine for now. we will call them in the fall for maintenance, also when we are ready to replace our furnace.
