We knew just walking in our new home the air quality was bad. I called Justin for duct cleaning and he set up a walk through the next day with me. Talk about service! The following day they were there to clean our ducts. Him and his crew went above and beyond. He gave me insights on other things in our new home as well, he even patched up a return vent that wasn't suppose to be there! They installed a brand new top of the line filter for our system. Edward went above and beyond to clean the vent, spending much more time than he anticipated. It turns out that there were items in the vent pipe causing a significant lint buildup. This not only caused the dryer to take a long time to dry clothes, but also presented a significant safety issue.
