Initially, I received a quote from a different company on a Saturday and had them scheduled to come on Monday to get it over with, but felt buyer's remorse for the ridiculously expensive cost. Thankfully, I ran into my realtor who agreed and recommended Jeremy. I called him on Sunday for a quote and he came that same day! He went over the process steps, explained and answered all of my questions, was able to install on Friday, and most of all, his quote was reasonable. He doesn't have financing, however, he was willing to set up a payment plan that worked for both of us. I saved thousands going with Jeremy instead of the other company! He is fair and his craftsmanship is excellent. It's been a couple of months since we replaced our furnace and thermostat and everything is running smoothly this winter. I explained that online data often does not reflect conditions relevant to insulation needs, basement/attic size, etc and that I was happy to provide full details once we determined it made sense to proceed. I was told I likely would not receive a call back without providing addresses. After giving one address for a property we were open to getting a quote on, I was told a callback would take about four days. Five minutes later, I received another call saying they would not be able to help, without any explanation given.
