The van they work out of was fully equipped for just about any issue that might arise. They went right to work on our furnace and let me stand by and watch. These gents really know their business. They made a complete inspection and gave our furnace a thorough cleaning. Connections and contacts were checked for operation, as was the blower and heat exchanger. After checking the thermostat for operation, they also made sure there were no gas leaks. I admit that I wasn't as conscientious as I might have been, by having the furnace serviced yearly. However, with the price as reasonable as Wise charges, I would definitely have it serviced yearly. Stop for a moment and consider how much you count on your furnace. Mike and Tom were both friendly and outgoing. I appreciated the fact that they let me "look over their shoulders". Everyone was responsive, nice, and worked so hard in the crawl space. I feel the prices were fair and have no complaints what so ever. I had some questions about the crawl space and Sal went out of his way to get the answers from the owner. They took out the old yucky insulation that was falling down in some areas, the old barrier and replaced with a new and better barrier on the floor plus spray foam insulation.
