I love of Napoli's for its affordable large quantity meals, they are cooked on the spot and the staff is friendly. The bathroom is clean and although the location is a little iffy you will have a great experience. I recommend ordering the chicken Florentine it has spinach and Alfredo sauce. read more

Just visited this restaurant for the first time with my family and friends. We had a party of 7 and were greeted warmly and served quickly. The food was delicious and very reasonable! We tried pizza, manicotti and Stromboli. They were all generous portions and very tasty. The complimentary roles are so warm and tender and the Lemon cake and tiramisu were scrumptious as well! This restaurant gets the WORST PIZZA AWARD! STAY AWAY FROM HERE! I'm 100% Italian from Italy, I ate pizza in Napoli, Italy, my parents, and grandparents made Italian pizza from scratch. I'm an Italian pizza snob and proud of it. I have had the worst two slices of pizza in my life at Napoli's Italian Pizza & Restaurant at 3322 Lakeview Pkwy in Rowlett, TX. Who has jalepeno and anchovies pizza? That's one of the pizza on their lunch menu. Yuck. Then, another one is with black olives, green olives and green peppers pizza. The pizza looked like a 10-yr old made it! If you want good pizza, please go to Dough Pizzeria at Preston Forest Square, 11909 Preston Rd, Dallas, TX 75230. That's authentic Italian pizza! Guy Fieri from Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives went to Dough Pizzeria. Cici's and Papa John's are better than Napoli's Italian Pizza & Restaurant. The garlic bread rolls were the only things that tasted delicious! That's it. read more

The food is good. The Staff is friendly, and being a "regular" there recently, they almost have my order memorized. Definitely at the top of the list of great places to grab a quick lunch. 2 slices of good pizza with 2 toppings for $3.95..... can't beat that! read more

My husband and I really enjoyed this restaurant. Their pizza was delicious, hot and fresh. We have only tried the Pizza so far. Once we ordered to take home and loved it, so we decided to visit and eat in the restaurant. The place was packed which is always a good sign. Seemed very family oriented. The place was clean and the service was great. We met the owners and they were very nice too. I needed to change my baby, but they didn't have a baby changer in the bathroom, so the owners invited me to change the baby in their office. I thought that was so kind and caring! Great owners very inviting place, great customer service and delicious pizza. I'm sure the rest of the menu was great too cause I saw all kinds of foods on other tables and everyone seemed to be enjoying their food. We will definitely return very soon. read more

I can't comment on food either because the 2 times I have tried going there with my boyfriend we were NEVER seated. I guess because we looked like kids they were not going to wait on us. Tried getting a waiters attention and he looked at me and said will be with you in a second and walked to the back. There were only 8 people in the restaurant so I know they were not busy. I guess about 3 minutes go by and no one ever came out from the back. We walked out! I don't even need to get to a 3rd swing because they have already striked out with me and anyone I tell about them! read more

CIAO ! My rating is lower than it use to be. At one time, they had more junk hanging around collecting dust and dirt, it was enough to make you sick. New people, old people, not much has changed. The floor is disgusting. After spending many years in the floor covering / carpet business myself. Trying to give the owner any advice was a waste of time and energy. I think he knows it all, just like he thinks he knows everything there is to know about food. Cleanest! In my opinion it is not the cleanest place in town.... 1. free from dirt; unsoiled; unstained: 2. free from foreign or extraneous matter: clean sand: 3. In my opinion, it is one of the dirtiest restaurants in town. Just drop into the Rest Room and you will know what I mean. You will half to wash your hands, just from washing your hands in the rest room. 4. No acoustics other than the weird painful noise coming in from the back door. 5. I wish them well, but even in Rowlett, Texas we have much better food and right on the same street. If you go a few mile to the East you can have a Real Italian Feast. Just my opinion, and my review. Hit or Miss! This place is just ok! The food is hit or miss, sometimes good and sometimes bad. I'm not quite sure what is wrong with their white sauce. It is extremely watery and bland. Sometimes the service can be very good, other times it is bad. It just depends on the night. Pizza is mediocre, pasta dishes are mediocre. read more

First time here, was very busy, we still got our food out in a timely manner, the service was excellent, the waiter was very friendly, food was fresh and made to order. I had the chicken francese and it was excellent, the kids had spaghetti and pizza, they loved it and already want to go back. Prices were much better than Brooklyn's at FireWheel, I will definitely be back. Table next to us had a meatball sub and a Philly cheesesteak, both looked really good. I am a senior citizen who made the mistake of ordering baked spaghetti at Napoli's on Saturday. I did not know that it would cause the furor that it did because I said I did not want cheese. Johnny, one of the always there wait staff, went on and on about how I had ordered the wrong kind of spaghetti. I should have left, but stayed because I was hungry. When I paid the bill, I told him that he had made me very uncomfortable. He got even more angry and more rude by telling me it was because I had ordered the wrong spaghetti! This is a family owned business so I imagine he thinks he can treat anyone however he wants without getting in trouble. I can only hope that when he gets older, as everyone does, that he will be treated with the same level of disrespect that he showed me!! read more

Horrible Customer Service: When you drive 1 hour in traffic from Dallas, while it's a monsoon outside, and when there is no order under your name, you come home to a VERY HANGRY family! So, after I calmed down, I called them. The "woman" giggles then tells me they had my pizza under the name of NAOMI!!! When I called in, I told the guy MELANIE two times! The "woman" on the phone actually thought I was going to drive back to the pizza place to pick it up. In a a torrential downpour? The customer service reply would be "I'm so sorry and we will deliver it to you because of OUR mistake." Oh. But wait..... THEY DON'T DELIVER! read more

Service and hospitality is more important to me than food. While the food is made with fresh authentic ingredients and great flavor, the service is definitely lacking. Every time I go it's the same server, an older gentleman. He lacks a smile and hospitality, but is efficient and knows what he's doing. He can be rough around the edges, and definitely doesn't take an extra second to make a connection with his guests and seems annoyed by questions. Unfortunately, they are not accommodating to kids either. There is no kids activity page or crayons, and they do not have anything for kids to drink other than water or unsweet tea. No milk, no juice, no lemonade. The bread served before the meal is hit or miss. Sometimes fresh, sometimes old and hard. Prices are average for an Italian restaurant, definitely a very casual atmosphere. read more

The food was okay. Nothing to write home about definitely. Sometimes the pizza here is better than other times. I can remember the pizza being as hard as a rock more than a few times. Oh, and forget about ordering toppings on your pizza. I ordered olives and when they brought me my pizza I picked it up to eat it and all of the olives fell off. They were all just placed there. hmmm. There is one waitress that my friends and I call "Bitter Lady". She always scowls, is impatient when you are trying to figure out what you'd like to eat, and just not pleasant. I understand having a bad day every once and a while, but every weekend for a year, please. If you hate your job that much, quit! One time, when we were trying to pay for our meal at the upfront register, the "Bitter Lady" was using the phone to gab and gab to someone, and no one could check out with a credit card because there was only one phone line and it was used for phone calls and credit card transactions. I love Napoli's so much, it has great Italian food at an even better price and the owners are so nice and friendly, feels like home. Plus it is BYOB so I love to go here with a bottle of wine for date night. Among my favorites are the lobster ravioli, shrimp scampi, Italian trio, and the pizza, but I have never had anything bad. I ordered take out for this restaurant and the call went well, nothing fancy. When I went there I was greeted by no one and no one asked if I needed help, so I found my way to the "front" desk. When I got my food and arrived back home I realized they forgot one order, a salad, and so I called them. After calling several times with no response I figured they purposely ignored the call. We have been eating at Napolis for 10+ years and the food is very reasonably priced, and tastes very authentic. They recently renovated and it feels even cozier than before. They are kid friendly and the atmosphere is casual and comfortable. I highly recommend the meatball sub, Napolis salad with their house dressing and any of the pizzas. read more

This is a terrible Napolis. I am in the serving industry and the servers here are doing the bare minimum and just going through the motion. My Caesar salad wasn't tossed,missing shredded Parmesan cheese, croutons,cucumbers. The bread the first brought out was old and stale. read more
