Learning that their coffee is single-origin from Colombia and that they maintain a relationship with the very farm that grows their beans made us appreciate it even more. It's not every day you find a coffee shop with that level of connection to its source. The café itself is clean and beautiful. There are many thoughtful details throughout the space, from the artwork to the décor that celebrates their Colombian heritage. It feels authentic, warm, and inviting. Music is great too! Most of prime rib from all guests was taken home to feed to the dogs. Fish was a tri-tip, overly salty but also undercooked. Desserts - Have t say the donuts were the clear winner.
