After being "in the hunt" and navigating disappointing experiences with at least seven different…read moredealerships--including two other major BMW locations--I can confidently say that Bill Jacobs BMW is in a league of its own. I worked with Preston, along with sales managers Shaun and Gigi, and the entire team truly went above and beyond my expectations. Where other dealers were frustrating or opaque, this team was clear, transparent, and incredibly efficient. What stood out: Professionalism & Care: From the first negotiation to the final signature, I felt like a priority--not just another transaction. Patience: They took the time to walk through every detail of my deal without the typical high-pressure tactics. Seamless Process: The transition from negotiation to financing to vehicle setup was smooth and handled with impressive precision. Buying a car can be an exhausting process, but this team genuinely restored my faith in the experience. If you're tired of the runaround at other dealerships, save yourself the headache and ask for Preston and the management team here. They are true professionals who actually care about their clients. And yes--the new BMW M340i is absolutely fantastic. Thank you again to the whole team.

I was greeted by Robert Samy, who was calm, positive, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and never pushed any unnecessary add-ons or upgrades. Robert even allowed me to test drive the car alone, which really helped me get a true feel for whether it was the right fit for me--and it was. Pricing was completely transparent; everything listed on paper was exactly what we paid with no surprises. Communication was clear and easy, and everyone was very accessible when I had questions. Financing was also smooth and straightforward. Overall, the entire experience was simple and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Robert and Gerald Kia Naperville to anyone interested in a Kia.

Like where is my shuttle driver you were supposed to be sending? I just asked for an eta. They called the shuttle driver but he didn't answer so they have no idea where he is but if they hear from him they call me. She said he must be on his way to me. They close at six. Not having great luck with the Arcadia so far. I have a 20/20 Acadia just after the trans warranty,…read moremy torque converter went out which of course you don't change the torque converter without changing the trans, so that was nearly $4,200 or so. I had 100,000 miles on the car at the time. Now I am sitting here for possible hour and a half 2 hours because my check engine light went on for my 2024 Acadia elevation, I have 40,000 mi on the car at this time. I am willing to bet that there will be a problem that will be outside the engine warranty. And can only imagine what the price is going to be to fix it. So after waiting an hour and 15 minutes apparently there is a radiator hose leak and because I already would have to pay them $196 to have them check the car The radiator hose leak will be $350ish to fix. And because it is right outside the bumper to bumper warranty they're going to give me a little bit of a break at $250 ish. I guess I should be happy that that's the only problem, but again I only have 40,000 mi on the car. The things that are happening is the manufacturers issue but when you own a business it's your issue because you're selling that car. And these issues just add up and aggravate the buyer and that's the level I'm at with GMC Buick. I bought or leased six or seven cars with Woody, I think it's time to move on, sell that car before something else happens and try a new brand. I just want to reiterate the people are good here, unfortunately it's the business that nickels and dimes you with unwarranty items and the wait times are just very long. I could probably change this hose on my own but I'd still have to pay the $196 fee for them to plug in the check engine diagnostic so here I sit for possibly another hour and a half. Now the question below says how would you rate your experience, That's a broad question because my experience with the people is good but my experience with the manufacturer and dealer are not. I just got rid of a 2012 Ford escape with 330,000 mi on it, I think an alternator is the most I've ever spent on fixing that car. Just saying. Thank you for your assistance Kevin. I actually thought I was done with this Yelp until I went to pay, I used my GMC card that you get a percentage back unfortunately they have a 3% surcharge when using it. So you get a card to get cash back but when you use it to pay for stuff that you shouldn't be paying for you have a 3% surcharge on top of the billing. Unbelievable. I feel like I'm in a Seinfeld episode. Have a great day everybody.

I may change to great, but, will have to see how the service turns out!!!…read more Most of us hate buying a new car, because of the cares sales people BS. After doing my research on prices, I had a good experience with (Dan Wolf) Naperville Toyota. I also love the proactive approach to their service team. I'm having to me customizations done to my new Tacoma and they have been amazing in their responsiveness. Great job team!!!

To begin, I bought this car brand new at Toyota of Elgin, but every time I go in for a simple…read moreservice, they give me a dozen things it does not need and make it imperative that I have them done asap plus do not check for what I want done. And, the service check takes forever (think 2 hours on a Saturday): 1. New tires (I went elsewhere for half the price, but that place told me i had at least another year on the old ones, so I was switching them out early) $2500 at Toyota ($1130 for four locally, better brand, original equipment). 2. Brakes: they did not check them even though they said they would. Instead tried to sell me a front caliper cleaning $117, rear caliper $117 nope. What I did need was the supposedly free brake check that they "forgot" to do. At local shop, told I have 80% wear left. Free check. 3. Rodent Deterrent -$303 nope don't need that. I use bait boxes in garage. 4. A/C Heater Cleaning $205 nope, don't need that 5. Fuel Induction Clean $299 nope, don't need that 6. Wheel Alignment $159 nope, don't need that 7. PCV Valve Replacement $142 huh? 8. Brake Fluid Exchange $267 yes, local shop said I could use that but they charge $140 9. New rim (it's a large scratch, who cares) $994 So, I came in for a brake check that they forgot to do, windshield wipers, and a tire check, and they wanted to charge me $4143, but I got out for $77 for the wipers and what they termed a "basic car check" that does not include checking brake pads. Who can afford this larceny? And, how can a "basic car check" not include the size of the brake pad remaining? My car has 35K miles on it now (it had 33467 at the time of the Toyota basic car heck). Guess where I'm not going back to today, now that my car keeps saying I need the oil changed? And, how do I need the oil changed when it's only been 2000 miles. I'm guessing that's because it's been 6 months. So okay, that's fine, I had it done locally for $95.00 and $38 to rotate my almost brand new tires. At least Pinnacle will do the brake check for FREE. Note that terribly damaged (not) rim in the photo on back tire. If you buy a Toyota, do not have it serviced at Toyota of Naperville, unless you like throwing cash out the window.

Lo and behold it didn't. It needed a part. It was in service the same week I purchased it. When I got my car back... 2 weeks later the engine light was back on. The air doesn't work. The car play works when it wants. Same for radio. It rolls backwards at the light once I take my foot off of break. Josh did absolutely nothing to alleviate the issue. The same issues still persist and every time I pick it up from service the engine light is cleared but like I said the same issues persist. This is clearly a lemon. The engine is horrible. The car struggles to accelerate. It stutters. I can go on and on. My screen glitches and blinks on and off. My mom also just bought a Mercedes and it's needed service about 5 times. Same for my friend. We all agree we will never lease again with Mercedes. I have the GLE 350 for reference. 0/10. Oh and my sales person Anna Maria was nice before getting the sale but after getting the sale acted like I was a burden and like my complaint is not valid. Yes, she acknowledged my concerns but had a very hands off approach. It took weeks to even get responses from upper management. I'm going to report this to BBB and to whoever else I need to. I won't accept this. Not for 1600 dollars a month.
