When I took my car in for other work at Quality Car Care, I asked them to replace my brakes as well. They called me after looking at my car and told me that I still had over half of the life left in my brakes and they thought it would be a waste of money for me to do any work on them now. That honesty blew me away because they could have chosen to not say anything and cash in regardless. Their employees are very friendly. Someone is always answering the phone and I've always been able to get my car in within 24 hours of calling. For repair work, I drop my car off the night before and I've always had a call before 9 a.m. telling me the solution, cost, and time that my vehicle would be done. I replied, That's a good idea. he hung up. I called back. He answered, what the F do you want, F you you prick. I said, you need to listen to me. he screamed more obscenities and hung up. I would not recommend anyone utilize his services. I will admit, when I called him back the 4th time after he cussed me, I cussed him back. It will be an interesting trip to pick up my tractor.
