This Napa store is by far the best one I've ever been to. The customer service is at an all time…read morehigh. This particular day I was having an issue with my battery light coming up on the dash. I was at work all day and stopped in 15 minutes before closing. This was on Friday December 12 2025 at around 6:45pm. When I arrived Jordan was so helpful and I immediately knew he was the one I had spoken to over the phone. He came outside to the car and checked the battery with the diagnostic scanner and said I needed a new battery. After I purchased my new battery he also helped me with changing the battery which was so helpful because my car was stalling and there was no way I would've been able to do it myself. I was also able to get a discount for turning in the old battery which was a win situation. I appreciate everything these gentleman do. It's nice to know that there are still good people in this world.

We chatted things up for a while as he helped me find the correct bulbs i was looking for. We sort of spoke in length for quite a while. Thankfully there wasn't anyone else there who needed assistance. This guy is a teacher here in town at one of the local schools. Some of his stories were great. His customer service is stellar and he shows that he really cares to help you out where needed. I could speak volumes on how over the top this guy is. The service you receive here at Napa with this guy especially is to notch. They get it and they do it right compared to the other auto parts chain stores. Most of the workers don't seem to care at other chain auto parts stores as much as the employees at the Napa Auto parts do. The store itself is a well lit bright lights store. Easy to locate what you're looking for. They have their own private parking lot with plenty of spaces. Five stars for continuing to do it right and help your customers on a consistent basis.
