After installing the radiator, I found that it had fluid leaking from everywhere. I drove 120 miles again to A-1 where I spoke to the manager. He said it was not properly repaired and not checked before leaving the shop. A week later, another trip to Elko to pick up the repaired radiator. This time, it was fixed and the manager handed me my check back and said something that I will never forget: "We can get checks anywhere. Customer are more important." I've only had to get a radiator repaired once since this experience and you bet that A-1 was the place I went! The same manager still works there and does an awesome job!

Shaun (sorry if I got your name wrong) was quick to go over it and helped explain what was happening. They gave me the confidence on their diagnosis and got us out quickly. Can't thank them enough.
