When I called to say that I would be dropping the vehicle at 8 but would need to be dropped off nearby, he could not remember anything from my visit and said that his first appointment was the following Tuesday. We paid him for the parts he would need. He ordered the parts for my uncle's 1994 vehicle right there in front of him. He texted me to keep me aware of the status of the parts delivery. When the parts arrived, Joe came out the same day and fixed my uncle's vehicle right there in his driveway. Baja Motors had destroyed the car's parts (while doing a TUNE UP!), then couldn't fix it. Joe got the car running in less than 90 minutes from start to finish. He also installed all new parts and reran wires that they had cut off (?) near the distributor.
