This is a no-muss no-fuss auto parts dealer. Pretty decent prices. The staff is helpful for the weekend warrior's needs.

Brought the car in multiple times over the years (only because of the membership, which I now know means nothing to them) for tasks like: -Oil Changes-which takes over a day minimum to complete and you have to call multiple times for any kind of updates. -Battery Change- Car died and was towed there so they did a diagnosis and said we needed a new one, paid and got home just for it to die again so took it back and found out they never put in a new one. Tried to charge us again for it but we refused. Also found out $2k worth of work was needed all of a sudden...unbelievable. -Change the Front Headlight-they put in the wrong bulb and claimed it wasn't them and that we had a bent frame all along but we would need a $1.5k new frame to fix it...(took it somewhere else and it was a $20 fix with the CORRECT bulb). They are an absolute joke/scammers with awful customer service. Wouldn't be surprised if they caused most of the issues your car even has. Do NOT bring your car here, they are the worst service ever.

They gave me a repair estimate of $17,335.18 on October 15, which seemed reasonable, and I assumed work was being done. For over two months, I waited with no updates. Suddenly, on December 5, they emailed demanding the loaner back immediately and threatened a police report for "failure to return a rental vehicle." I called their rep (Alfonso), who said he would extend the loaner--he never followed up. That evening, the loaner was remotely disabled (Valet Mode) while I was driving, stranding me overnight in 20°F snowy/rainy weather on a busy DC street. I had to pay for towing myself to avoid freezing. The next morning (December 6), they called police (Rockville and Prince George's County), claiming I failed to return the rental. They also told officers my Florida license was "fake" or fraudulent. Police cleared me immediately. I repeatedly explained my disabilities (immune-compromised, OCD, ADHD, anxiety) and asked for accommodations to get my medication and belongings from the loaner (less than ¼ mile away at a friend's house). They refused and left me stranded without transportation or meds ever since. Now they demand over $14,000 in storage/rental fees--almost as much as the repair estimate--yet no work was ever done on my car. I have video, emails, bills, and records. This was unsafe, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Avoid if you value safety and clear communication.

We asked for a shorter time since it was my daughter's spring break. At first they said it was ok but then they changed their mind. They insisted on a minimum of three weeks. I think that they run a racket on the tesla loaners and charge the insurance with luxury rentals. Their main focus was to secure as much money they could procure for themselves ignoring all the requests of the customers. In total they took around $12,000 for a repair of less than $2000 for an average paint shop. (they tell everyone a minimum of three weeks!)
