I was greeted by utter disrespect, laziness, & misogynistic comments by Assistant Manager, Andrew. Not only did Andrew fail to understand my dad called in & had the part pulled, he refused to look for it, & then told me (I quote), "I hate when men send in women who don't know anything." After showing him the text of info from my dad that included a picture of the part, & calling my dad on speaker to reiterate exactly what I already explained 3+ times, he stormed off to check the shelf & found the part. He only apologized that "the part was on the wrong shelf" after I said I'd like to do a survey or talk to someone about my experience. Sadly I learned my mom also had a similar experience with Assistant Manager Andrew. I cannot believe someone who is supposed to be a frontline face and leader in the store, would treat customer in this manner. I am still fuming about the "women" comment; completely unacceptable.

I find the two and three star reviews hard to write.... Merely mediocre... they did okay, or not…read morequite up to par. We were looking for an oil filter and although it's not for a vehicle, it's the type we would use. They didn't have have the two we were looking for and I cross referenced them in my phone and chose another, but the book didn't list them as cross reference so it was questionable. Nobody wants to get home and not be able to get a new oil filter on because it didn't cross reference correctly and the threads don't fit. Anywho... I digress... Customer service was lacking, no hello or anything and but when asked, he did say the cross reference 'should' work, which it did. Hum drum, no chit chat, joking or even a thank you or have a nice day. Maybe that's what the new normal is and gone are the days of enjoyable social interaction in stores.
