The employee who helped us came off very unwelcoming--more of a "what do you want?" attitude rather than anything friendly or professional. When asked for her permit, we explained she had just completed her knowledge test online a few days ago and hadn't received the physical card yet. We tried showing the confirmation email, but he insisted that the knowledge test wasn't the same as the permit test, which is simply incorrect. He argued this point pretty rudely instead of trying to help or clarify. I stepped in to explain that she had already taken the test (and even attempted it at another location before), but the way he responded and the look he gave was very unprofessional and honestly unsettling. We stayed polite the entire time and were just trying to understand the process, but the interaction felt unnecessarily tense. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else, where everything was handled calmly and professionally like it should have been from the beginning. Definitely not a great first impression.
