Dr. Bardakjian shows all his patients the vial of Botox to be injected, the preservative-free sterile water which he reconstitutes right in front of you!! I personally know of med-spas that never ever reconstitute the Botox in front of you because they do not follow the manufacturer labeling and dilute the product!! In addition, these sketchy clinics do not use preservative-free sterile water in an effort to save money. Dr. B took the time to answer all of my anatomy questions regarding facial muscles which made me feel so much more comfortable with a paralyzing agent! Further, with such knowledge, Dr. B. is extremely conscientious about where to inject so you never look botched or unnatural. About a year later the stye had returned and the Doc was skilled and quick enough to get the stye completely out of my eyelid in less than 15 minutes.
