Got my surgery Jan 12 2024, I explain to him that I wanted a thinner nose, smaller nostrils and bump on my nose gone. He added that he was going to fix the bridge of my nose because it's crooked. The surgery was a success, at the moment I was happy. Although as days continue I even called the office and said that my nose still looks very wide almost as if nothing changed. I asked the receptionist if I stated that on the documents and she confirmed. They told me that let some months past because of the swelling. May 16 2024 I went for a check up, I was a bit upset how it went because it's as if he was rushing me out. I explained that I wanted a thinner nose and he said that it's because the swelling hasn't gone down takes about 1 year. I also told him I had a bump on one side of the nose, he said it's retention of water then said ok I'll see you next time no pictures of progress were taken. March 6 2025 had another post off appointment, I told him that one of my nostrils is smaller and that the bridge of my nose is crooked. I wasn't rude if anything I was shy to tell him that but honestly my nose job was a birthday gift person spent $16k. He AGREED that one of my nostrils is smaller. He continue to say the same thing that it's still swollen. I mentioned about my nose bridge and changed the topic and said let's take some pictures. He couldn't find the original pictures before I got the appointment to sign the papers so my surgery. The surgery wasn't cheap at all, just kinda sad that even people that knew I got a surgery pointed those things out. To the point now I don't even say I got a surgery because I'm not 100% happy. I hadn't had an aesthetic treatment of any kind before, and after meeting Dr Grigoryants and his staff I was confident that I had found the right place. Natalie, the nurse practitioner, did the treatment, and Dr Grigoryants came and checked during and after. The procedure was laser hair removal of some areas of hair on my back, and I was amazed that the treatment didn't hurt at all -- like 0.5 out of ten, just a little firm tapping sensation. It was done faster than I expected, even after the doctor came in and suggested a little more treatment at some spots, because he has a lot of experience with this laser. Totally satisfied. Dr. Grigoryants is an exceptional surgeon and honestly the king of noses. I had both a rhinoplasty and upper blepharoplasty in May 2025. Most people didn't even notice that I had any work done, which might sound surprising considering I had two procedures, but that is exactly why the results are so good. The people I told said I still look exactly like myself, and others who are familiar with cosmetic surgery have commented that it's some of the best work they've ever seen. My favorite part is that I still look like me. I didn't bring reference photos to our initial consult because I was familiar with his work and trusted his vision. After our initial consultation, I decided to take some time to research before committing to rhinoplasty. When I was ready, I reached out to Dr. Grigoryants again, and we seamlessly picked up where we had left off. My surgery was scheduled for May 2, 2024. Dr. Grigoryants takes his time to review your photos with you and thoroughly explains the process, outlining what he would do to help you achieve the best possible results. I wanted to leave a review on my experience with Dr. Grigoryants. I had a rhinoplasty to fix a terrible deviated septum and upper blepharoplasty. one side of my nose was significantly collapsing from a childhood injury and just got worse as I aged. I was very scared to go under the knife but I was having sinus and breathing difficulties so after researching the best Rhinoplasty Surgeons in the area I met Dr. and felt very comfortable and confident in his skills. We also went over my excess eyelid skin that was causing heaviness and starting to cause vision issues on the outer corners. Consultation was straightforward as to expectations and he answered all my questions. I felt him to be knowledgeable about all of my procedures and calming my concerns. Surgery was smooth. Follow up was great, as I reached out several times with questions during healing and he was speedy to personally respond. I did have what I felt like a longer recovery than some of the other patients reviews but no complications or complaints as I realize everyone heals differently. I am a couple months away from my 1 yr post procedure. I still have some residual swelling in the tip but not bad. My nose looks so great, it is straight not crooked, proportioned to my face and still looks like me, just better. My eyes are completely healed, more youthful and not heavy. The best part of it is my breathing is 100% better! My reoccurring sinus infections and nasal issues are non existent now. I have a sharp bone sticking out from the side and it's been 7 years since my nose surgery and I have consistent pain and swelling which I don't think it's normal.
