Very friendly, hospitable and accommodating stuff. Very good spot for vegan-friendly Thai in Malden.

People plan around those hours and go out of their way expecting a business to actually be open when it says it is. I've always enjoyed Bianchi's, but this really left a bad taste in my mouth. If customers can't rely on the posted business hours, what's the point of posting them? Unfortunately, this experience deserves one star. The pizza may be good, but the customer experience tonight definitely wasn't.
