The wait for our food was a bit long, and it seemed other tables were experiencing the same. Bohemian seems like a better spot to visit when you're not in a rush. When the burgers arrived, both were cooked well done instead of medium. Unfortunately, our server didn't check back until we were nearly finished eating. I showed her the overcooked burger, and she offered to have another one made, but by then we'd already eaten. The flavor was good, but it definitely would've been better at the requested temperature. Lesson learned--check your burger doneness before your server leaves the table, especially when they're priced around $16-$18 and more. On the bright side, the fries were excellent! Overall, despite the hiccup, I'll be back. Bohemian is worth giving another try.

A manager should be apologizing and fixing the problem, not being rude and suggesting they scrape the toppings off a burger that was served raw and throw it back on the grill. That is not hygienic once it's been touched by a patron. I have brought people to this restaurant and recommended it in the past, but that stops now. You don't serve someone a raw burger, treat them rudely when they bring it to your attention , and then fail to replace the meal. The actual restaurant is fairly small but it's part of a larger area. Think of a food court in a mall. Very hard to have a conversation due to all the noise. And people wondering in and sitting down without checking in, taking wait staff away from their other tables. Overall, I wasn't impressed.
