I've met with a couple SEO guys before this business, and I have a couple to meet with still, but I was very impressed that not only did they make suggestions, but they had solid information and knowledge to back up those claims as opposed to "we're just going to get you on the front page with the most competitive key words out there". As lame as it sounds, for me, knowledge is power and these guys showed that they have the knowledge/tools/training to back up their claims. My business is in a very competitive field and I have a semi-unique business model. Ryan gave me a strategy that integrated SEO and other online marketing ideas that really impressed me. SEO Built for the Wrong Market BizIQ built the SEO campaign around Show Low, AZ instead of the Phoenix Metro area, which was the agreed target market. This error went undetected for over six months. For comparison, my previous website -- which had not been updated in three years -- consistently generated approximately 15-30 inquiries per month. The new website generated zero phone calls, texts, contact form submissions, or email inquiries during the 11 months it was active. Even after the SEO targeting error was corrected, results did not improve. I ended my agreement and hired another firm and my experience was night and day. Basically, I lost one-year of potential business because of BizIQ. They have a great marketing plan, they will develop your website, perform a supposed "best in class" SEO campaign, provide a dedicated resource to manage your day to day, offer digital marketing campaigns. A one shop stop. The most important word in that last sentence is STOP. STOP BEFORE YOU GET STARTED. I sent a demand letter requesting a refund for the one year I wasted and $13.8K is spent without a response. Hired a lawyer and they did not respond to their demand letter. I submitted a BBB complaint over a week ago and no response. My next step is Yelp and Google reviews and possibly the Attorney Generals office of Arizona.

I have never in my life been through a worse experience with a company. Having to deal with them is part of the reason I moved out of this building. This company is a mess. It was impossible to get someone to come fix issues with the cable or internet in a timely fassion. They are only open until 4pm every day, and closed Saturday and Sunday. So when I have an issue with my internet or cable on a Friday morning, and I don't get home from work until 5pm, I'm screwed for the entire weekend. I would leave voicemails and never receive a call back, they would try and bill me for every little thing even if it was their fault, just an all-around mess of a company. I moved out of this building 6 months ago, and I still receive a bill every single month from them for the internet service, which I canceled a month prior to moving out. Nobody there has a clue. I highly recommend Orchid House going in a different direction when this contract is up.

We took our account management back in-house and have seen triple the results for 1/4 the cost. No exaggeration. The virtual training service they offer is very good, but overpriced. They are essentially running two differently structured businesses that don't communicate with the other side very well. Communication seemed to be the core issue to the problems we had. I would not recommend the account management services at all. I would recommend the virtual training if you have a team to train and can afford it.
