I gave him $500 deposit which he must have cashed on his way home. I also gave him all of my notes that we went over to build the website. I did not hear from him but 1 time through the 2 week period. The day before the promised date he sent me a link. Was I surprised. Hardly anything was done. He admitted he didn't know how to do a shopping cart and my CRM is still not working. This is a module that is very easy to install but Justin pointed it to his website not mine so when my customers go to pay or look at their account they see Justin's website Green Forest Marketing. If you dont believe me go to this ugly, poor performing website that Justin created for me pageplusus.com. Look at the shopping cart. I had to figure out a way Justin could configure a website. I drew it out and it was something he was capable of doing. I am NOT HAPPY with it because I was told I was getting something else. I have been trying to get Justin of Green Forest Marketing to fix this crappy website he built but he refuses to. He refuses to because he lacks the knowledge to finish it. I am forced to take Justin Owner of Green Forest Marketing to Civil Court for damages exceeding $10,000.00. All it would take is for him to deliver on a promise to get my site done and working but HE REFUSES TO STAND BEHIND HIS WORK. He has my money so he thinks he is done. Look at the lousy job he did on my site and if you hover your mouse over "my account" you can look at the bottom right hand corner of the monitor and it will show you the page on my website goes to Green Forest Marketing's website. Our organization ordered 26 shirts from them last summer. As long as we were getting ready to order, my phone calls were returned quickly. After the order was placed, it took more than a month to get the order - not bad but not stellar. The quality of the work was excellent, but one of my shirts had a spot on it. When I called to tell them about it, their return calls were considerably slower in coming. Since they are located close to where I live, I drove there and took the shirt with me. The owner, Steve, was very nice and said he would take care of getting me a replacement shirt. That was back in September. I've been calling and leaving messages but NONE of my calls have been returned. I just drove to their shop again, and sure enough - that suite is EMPTY. So now I'm out the almost $30 for my shirt (what would have been my favorite) and I have to shop around again for another business to take care of our next order. It's terribly disappointing to work with someone that comes across as being so nice to find out they can pull something like this. If there's a good reason for what's happened, I can be very understanding. BUT AT LEAST RETURN MY CALLS and let me know what's happening! What a let down!

I spent over 400 to receive what I was told would be a "highly detailed and powerful resume" and LinkedIn "facelift." The first draft I received was unbelievably disappointing. The words used to describe my job description aren't words used in my field. The job skills included are skills for an entry level position and excluded skills that showed me being at an advanced level, after 15 years of being in my career. They couldn't even spell check the draft and they had repeated sentences under the same job. It looked as if someone had quickly thrown sentences together without reading or spell checking it with NO knowledge of my job. I notified Lindsey, the first person I spoke to in creating the first draft, with absolutely no response. It was an assistant who would only communicate with me and that got me nowhere. I took the mess they sent me and rewrote the resume in its entirety. Almost every sentence had to be rewritten. They NEVER started or completed my LinkedIn. I'm super disappointed. I didn't have the time or the energy to write my resume and in the end I paid 400 to do it myself and I have all the documentation showing this. I emailed William, the account manager and expressed all of this to him and it went nowhere. I'll be filling a complaint with the better business bureau along with all of the proof.
