I have worked for PUSH for about 5 years now. I think they are great for the most part. Having worked with about 7 agencies through the years they are definitely easy and nice to work for. Pushy, unprofessional and annoying. Whomever Joanne is she is undesirable to speak with, sending me numerous emails, texts and calls when I don't reply to her after a few minutes is unprofessional, I wasn't even booked for a gig so to contact me that many times is unprofessional and then when asked to please not text me I am busy I will call when I'm not busy she proceeds to still text me. I told her she was unprofessional and she told me " good luck hope you get jobs". Actually I have other jobs with better agencies who pay weekly not after 60 days like Push. I can't believe the level of disrespect. The fact I have to BLOCK a cell phone number of an agencies worker is crazy. For sure they need to provide better training because some of the workers are actually so kind ( which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of one), but boy did this woman make my anxiety rise. read more

I was scheduled to work a 3 day even with PUSH this weekend. I confirmed 4 times for an event today with PUSH for 3pm showed up worked 30 mins and was told I wouldn't be getting paid till 5pm. Crazy how PUSH has the harshest punishments if you are late or do not show up for a confirmed event. But if you show up on time and start working and get told you are working for free till a later scheduled time there are no repercussions on PUSH's end! I left my full time job early, road the toll all to make it to the event on my confirmed time all to work for free for an hour! I've worked many events with ATN and NEVER had any issues with the schedule. This was a waist of time & gas! I even had to pay my babysitter for 1 hour!!! So upset and disappointed! read more

Unprofessional, I was asked several times to work an event, I was the first one to arrive and after working for an hour I was told I wasn't needed. I cleared my schedule for this, it would have been nice to be kept in the loop but I see that isn't a business practice that Push has. The Team Lead that you are in contact with "quits" before the event and no one knows what is going on. You have to figure it out yourself. I have worked several events for Push and every time I arrive at the event no one knows where to meet up. There is no dress code so you are left walking around asking the venue staff where the Push team is meeting. They have no idea. read more

I've been a part of PUSH for a while now, and I love that they send me updates of upcoming jobs all of the time, and run all different kinds of events. The staff has also always been friendly - the only downside has been that they take a very long time before sending payment out - waiting a month or two is pretty standard, and there has been one time it had never came to my house although they had claimed it did, but they also do not add tracking information when they send out checks so there was no way of knowing. I've been told it can take a while to get booked for your first PUSH event. When you do, go above and beyond to impress your booking agents and clients. I was a customer of the Push Agency and had a horrible experience that ended up costing my company over $2,500 as well I had to process a charge back. I had made an agreement with the Push Agency to have a "Street Team" for four different events. My customer success manager told me that two ambassadors for 4 hours at each event would be enough to hand out 500 samples. After having all four event's done and not a single result from it, I became suspicious and started asking my customer success manager some questions. After one week and three emails, she finally replied and was unable to provide me with proper proof that the ambassadors were actually at the event and indeed did hand out 500 samples. I was told (during the sales cycle) about a GPS tracking software that they have in order to locate the Ambassadors every hour. When I asked for proof of these records I did not get them (after asking 4 times). I even went undercover for the last event and could not find the "street team" at the coordinated location, nor did I see a single sample on the ground, in the trash or in someone's hands. Then when they shared pictures of the "street team", they were at a completely different location. After over 2 weeks back and fourth, I mentioned that I will be doing a chargeback. The reply I got was "It seems you are un-happy with the service...", if that's not obvious then i'm not sure what is. Not happy and do not recommend their "Street Team" service. read more

My company hired PUSH to work at JCK Vegas Jewelry Show. It was the worst experience I've ever had with staffing agencies. They put us through so much stress and their disorganization costed us some unplanned expenses. Don't even know where to start... First of all, I started looking for models three months prior to the show to have more time to find the right candidates. The agent who was assigned to work with us, Jessica, started our collaboration with a lie, trying to cover her mistakes related to the time frames, in front of her management. We booked the models way in advance and three days before the show I was informed that 2 girls out of 3 found another jobs on this dates. You guys don't have any contracts with your models and they can cancel whenever they want??? We had to choose from a few available candidates, and they were a little different from what we were actually looking for. The agency doesn't provide with the most recent pics of the models.The first one showed up at the show looked completely different from what we approved. We had to ask for replacement and paid extra $500 for the show pass for a new girl, because in was a last moment registration. Even though we discussed a dress code with the agency, they didn't bother to make sure their models would follow it. We ended up being without one for a couple of hours, because she was sent home to change. At the third day of the show, they sent a new girl as a replacement without any approval . They informed us later that the first girl had some kind of emergency and couldn't work. That's fine, we all human being, emergency happens. But what was the point of having a backup, which was approved??? At the end of this disaster, we were promised to get some discount for all the inconvenience, but I received an invoice with a full amount. I contacted the agency, but I was told that our accounts manager Lizette is not working there anymore, they needed to check her notes. And guess what happened? After the review, they still charged us a full amount, not a penny less! Very disappointing experience... read more

The staff seems nice enough. However, it takes way too long to hear whether or not you got the shift. I've applied to several shifts but it takes so long to hear back that I end up making other plans because I also, need to make money. I get random messages looking for BA's but I get denied for ones I apply to. Makes no sense. Being too picky and you lose excellent workers. I love how we have a mobile app and how we can check in there and upload pictures. I really like how the on site manager sends texts for locations and where to meet. Signed up for a weekend gig and had the misfortune of working with the booking agent Mae Hurtado. The first issue happened when I had to change our work hours because we didn't hear from her for a full 24 hours and were under the impression we didn't get the gig. When we randomly got it email saying to set up our accounts I messaged her to change our schedule and she didn't update it online so we had to reach out to her again to make sure she switched the schedule because we had to drive 45 min for the event and did not want to be turned down for being "late". But Not only was it hard to get a simple reply when we told her that my boyfriend could not set up his pay real and asked for help she didn't respond until three messages later. She told us simply it takes two weeks when he hadn't even done the onboarding cause he could not log in. We were going to get help at the event but they were so understaffed and disheveled we didn't even get a 15 min break and two man stations had to be manned by one person. After one day of work we decided it wasn't worth the money offered and we don't even know if he's even going to get paid. I texted Mae and asked SEVERAL times for a managers email and expressed my concerns. This was the only time she was quick to reply and refused to give me a manager email but she did give me a lot of attitude. read more
