This is the most unprofessional place I have ever encountered and that's really saying something. Their payroll department is a mess with high turn over. (Kind of scary that someone who works there 2 months has access to your payroll info huh?) Cow bells being rang while on the phone with contractors who have legitimate questions about their livelihood and they can't hear. A lot of really young unprofessional people work here. The kind that have company events at resort pools or drinks all of the time. The dress code is nasty. I saw more breasts and butt cheeks than at a strip club. Also REALLY cliquey (a group or place, tending to form or hold exclusive groups and so not welcoming to outsiders.) Parents and married people are are outsiders and are extremely discriminated against because they are unavailable to work over 10 hours a day and go to drinking and pool parties with drinking due to having to go home at some point in their day. I've worked with this company a number of times. I have had two or three reps stop communicating with me for no reason after promising they'd keep in touch. I finally had to escalate to a manager to start getting agents to talk to me. I had one role that lasted a while but ended early after I complained multiple times that I was having issues with the training. I offered feedback to the client company who shrugged it off even after disclosing I have learning disabilities. I reported this to my rep however nothing ever came of it. I finally had to inform them I took up another role with another agency and that agent dried up too. I am not sure I could recommend them unless you're desperate for work and would be pensive then. read more

I worked for AeroTek for a very short period. My assignment was ended on 12/30/19. I have been trying to get my personal belongings back from them since then. At first it was just excuses like they didn't have the key to the locked room the box was stored in. Then they said I could come get them and my wife stopped by after work and they left her hanging forever only to tell her they couldn't find my box again. Now they are just simply not responding to my texts and emails for assistance in retrieving my personal items. Job searchers beware of this agency, everything is perfect when you are interviewing and working there actively but the minute you stop earning money for them they no longer have time to take your calls or allow you to retrieve your personal effects. read more

I had issues with an assignment and reached out to my assignment manager. They said they would forward my resume to additional opportunities and get back to me. Never heard any follow up from them. I'm really not sure how this place is even still running. I had an Interview with a lady there and I signed in and sat for an hour and nothing happened. I then get a call from her stating she was sick and she forgot she had an interview with me. She said someone else will help me. So then I waited another 30 min to be told that they didn't have anyone available to help me and sent me on my way. You rarely even get a recruiter to call you when you apply. There is a recruiter named Jordyn in the Tempe Office of Aerotek that is a complete self-serving ***!I was clinically diagnosed with a temporary condition, causing paralysis to my face. Jordyn knew of this and yet, proceeded to schedule me for an 8:30am interview this Morning, giving me less than 24 hours to prepare. I left my house just after 8am, my gps was showing it was a 15 minute ETA. However, Each route I attempted was blocked with traffic. The medical condition also affects my eyesight and driving is difficult. I should have never accepted or agreed to this appointment, but she was adamant about it and I didn't want to disappoint her. I made it to the appointment, but I was 10 minutes late. The company was extremely rude and denied my appointment. Shortly after, I received a call from Jordyn--who proceeded to "*** me out" and not even listen to my side of the circumstances. Funny thing about this, when Jordyn originally contacted me, I told her I had already accepted another job. She still started discussing a job that sounded even better than the one I had already accepted, so I was interested...later to find out she had lied and mis-represented this opportunity. Then, she called me back and said I found a job that matches all of your wants. Unfortunately, I was late for the intereview and Jordyn "dismissed" me.I gave her a second chance, but I guess that only goes one way in this company. read more

I definitely don't recommend this staffing agency. Anytime I tried to get ahold of my recruiter it took several days. I found out that the company I was working for had be bought out by United healthcare and all the lab assistants got a raise but me they all were making $15 when I was making $12. No benefits such as a 401k , PTO, health insurance, holiday pay, weekend differential, and I feel like I didn't even get overtime half the time. This place is a joke. When I brought this up to my recruiter she just kept telling me they are going to hire me. That was a ongoing answer for 4 extra months after my contract was suppose to be over. To top it off I'm pretty sure my recruiter was pocketing the rest of my hourly wage since I was suppose to be making $15. I would stay as fair away from this place as you can. read more

Finding a job is stressful enough, do not bring these guys into the mix too. Aerotek wasted a lot of my time and were not honest with their dealings with me. As a college student I was looking for a part time position, Aerotek called me and told me they had "wonderful positions available!" Although, they refused to tell me the geographic area, the company names, or even the position titles/duties of any of their positions until I met with them (he said it was due to privacy and competitor issues). I was skeptical, but against my better judgement, I decided to meet with one of them. I got to their building and I waited past my appointment time before I was able to meet with one of their "specialists." The gentleman I met with made many empty promises, saying I would be able to meet with the hiring company the next day, that I would only work 30 hours a week (which I later found out was a full time job that required overtime) and on and on. I trusted him so I decided to go for it, after our half hour interview he told me I would have to go into the computer lab in order to take a job competency test, that he would later send to the company I was applying for. I took the test and received my results immediately. I passed the exam! After I passed the specialist walked me out, told me that this job was going to be "perfect for me" and told me that he would call me that evening to set up tomorrow's interview. He never called me.. so in the morning I reached out to him. He told me there was no way for me to get an interview until NEXT Monday and also told me that it would be another 2 weeks until I would be able to start (although he previously told me I'd be able to start that Tuesday).... as our conversation continued I found out it was actually a full time position and many other important details had changed on me in less than 12 hours. All of his empty promises were exploited and I eventually gave up with this company all together. I hope in the future this company will give their clients all of the facts at face value without overpromising/using bait and switch/tricking their clients. Lets see. The benefits are ridiculously expensive and out of reach of most of their contractors. They hire you in at well below your value. They dont provide any real benefit to their labor while taking half again whatever you make. They are not State Prop 206 compliant and they will not honor your rollover hours. Further, they will not tell you this until after you have taken time off thinking you had the hours alotted because it shows as a balance. They literally steal your psl time. I do not reccomend working for them ever. I am currently still with them and hoping I go FTE at the place I'm contracting for or can find another job not under Aerotek's umbrella of labor exploitation. read more

Everything is fine, apparently, if you work FOR Aerotek, itself... however, if you're looking for placement, be VERY CAREFUL. If your contract ends early, your personal belongings may not be returned to you in full. The account supervisor (or whatever their title is) swears he boxed up everything that was on the desk, which of course he did, but he did it 72 hours after my last shift. That's 3 whole days (two of which were Sat/Sun when there is NO SUPERVISION IN THAT OFFICE) that the vultures that work there had to go through and steal what was useful to them. I hope their client (WELLS FARGO'S CORPORATE PROPERTIES DIVISION) enjoys my desk fan, my phone charger, the 2 sets of headphones, the notebook, the nearly full Post-it note cube and the good pens I had to bring in for myself since they were too cheap to provide *A PEN*... and I hope "5 On Your Side" sticks the microscope straight up both Aerotek's and WF's backside because they owe me approximately $50 or my belongings, I'm happy with either. read more

There's so much good things I have to say about this employment agency! For starters, they have such great staff! My recruiter was Cassandra Ulloa, and she helped me find a contractor position with Genentech (So. San Francisco). (She also works really fast to find you position that you're fit for). And after 6 months of working at Genentech, They offered me a FTE regular position with them! Cassandra was so helpful with the initial interview stage, and even helped prepare me by doing a mock interview (which helped alot - since Genentech actually asked the same questions surprisingly lol). My point-of-contact during my Contractor employment period was Lindsey Deering & Dericka Pradt. They were both so extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and ALWAYS available whenever I had a question. I could always call them or email them, and they always got back to me same-day. Very good attention to clients. Regarding the process of working through Aerotek, it is very easy hiring process, and they offer medical benefits + dental & vision as well. They also have online statements for your tax stubs and W2, which is convenient. Also, they offer HSA, which I really liked. They are so awesome! If I ever look for a new job again, I'll definitely be coming back to Aerotek for assistance. :) read more

The worst staffing agency when it comes to customer service, I got a call from a recruiter name Tiffani lposu first she made me think I had the job. Then she told me I had to take an assessment test which was fine, but afterwards she scheduled me for interview which she wasn't even in my state. Once I interviewed with another recruiter which he's name was Michael something, I can't remember his last name. But he told me I had to add more on to my resume, which totally confused me because Tiffani said everything was fine. To make a long story short I did what he asked me to do and no one ever called me back in regards to a job. Complete waste of time. I applied to work at Aerotek as a recruiter. I was really excited for the job because I've had friends who worked there and loved it. My recruiter was Katie Richter and our initial phone interview was great. Then, she asked me when I was available to come into the office and have an in-person interview. I confirmed with her the date and time but apparently she never actually put it in the schedule because the day of I showed up to the office and they had no idea who I was. Luckily, one of their recruiter supervisors and another recruiter made the time to interview with me. The interview seemed to go really great and following that my recruiter emailed me asking about coming in for a shadow day to feel out the position. I replied and told her what days I could come in. After a week, I still hadn't heard from her so I followed up with an email and a phone call. More days passed, and still nothing so I called again, left voicemails and sent another email asking if she would just let me know if they still wanted me to come in for a shadow because I had other job offers and wanted to know before I made a decision. I was completely ignored so I decided to try calling her again but from a different number and she answered! When I said who I was, she hung up the phone. I'm really appalled by this rude behavior, I went through the trouble of multiple interviews and thought it seemed like a good fit...the least they could have done was let me know I was no longer a candidate for the job. I don't see how they could be successful in helping other companies recruit people when they can't even handle their own recruiting with any sort of organization or respect. read more

I'm really surprised why Aerotek has such a bad rating. My first impression when I found the building was, "Wow! This hiring agency looks pretty legit!" And they really were from the get go. I was appointed to meet with a hiring agent name Fred, and he has helped me get a job. I don't know who everyone has talked to to get a job, but I highly recommend speaking with Fred. He got me an interview with an insurance company which I didn't do so well and so I didn't get the job. My second job interview, I did not apply for, FRED called me and asked if I was interested. I had left work early that day to make the interview on time, and was paying someone to keep my kids for me. Margaret doesn't even show up. The front desk were calling her and her "teammate" and neither were to be found. After I had sat there for 45 minutes, the front desk called me back up and handed me my application back and told me she had left for the day!!! They told me to email her. I left and emailed. She responded about how she was in a meeting and that she came to see me and I had left! I was sent home! I went in with a varied, decent resume, and a college degree and was made to feel like a schmuck by a group of snotty, dismissive 25 year olds. I have experience in sales, customer service, online universities, non-profits and mortgage lending and the recruiter was short with me, condescending, and rushed me out of his door within 10 minutes. Lastly, they have the audacity to hand you the card of recruiters named Jacob Nielson and Mackenzie cripe, who by the way never returned my calls after multiple voicemails. Riley strongly urged that I show up for an interview with them. She had little knowledge of the subject matter, and intimidated me into giving information that I did not want to give. She insisted on calling my references before submitting my resume. This is normally done only when you have an offer/acceptance during a background check.
