They are completely dishonest, they say one thing and completely do another. They don't return calls, if you call them, they're "in a meeting" or "at lunch" or on another call. You'll never get a call back. They placed me in a Financial Planner/Tax Preparers office...keep in mind, I'm NOT into finance, and I never said that I wanted to be, but I needed income and it was close to my house. After about a month, I realized that this wasn't a good fit for me. It was an office with no windows (not a huge deal, but I love natural light), horrible music, and it was a family run business. They said no phones, but the grandson works there, and all he does all day is play games on his phone and give his work to the other people. The "office manager" is as dishonest as they come!! People there are so two-faced, it's unreal. I'm still friends with 2 people there, but that's it. I called Robert Half and the girl told me that they had all positive things to say about me, but if I need to vent or complain, to call her any time. I called every once in a while to vent and to see if there was someplace else that they could place me, and "nothing" was ever available. In seven months? That was a lie. After I left, I called them to see if there was anything available and the guy said no. But he asked me how much I wanted to be paid, and the area that I wanted to work. A few days passed and I called back and spoke with the girl who told me that I could call her at any time. She said that before they could represent me or place me anywhere that I needed to have a "coaching call" with my recruiter and that he would be calling me by the end of that day. I never got a call. That was on a Wednesday. On Monday morning, I called them back to get the "coaching call", no one was available (big surprise), but the girl called me back a while later. She told me that they would no longer be representing me because there were concerns about the way I acted over the past 7 months. I wasn't late to work, I didn't miss work (except for when I was in a car accident), I didn't complain to them (I only called RH if I needed to) and she told me that everything was POSITIVE!! I'm so disappointed in the way they handled things. They are dishonest and they don't care where they place you, as long as THEY get paid. They are a terrible company.

Steve and Justin were in constant contact with me to provide timely updates and address and questions or concerns I had. What really stands out is how much Steve and Justin CARE about the work they do and the people it involves. While working with other technical recruiters previously, communication would be spotty and I'd often felt like a means to an end. While going through the process with Insight Global, Steve and Justin went above and beyond to get to know me, personally and professionally, to make sure they'd place me in the right role. Justin helped to carve out a personalized opportunity for me at his client that was tailored to my skillset. On Friday, Lauren (another IG recruiter) met me outside the client office to walk me into the interview. That was a really nice touch. After my in-person interview, I got cold feet about relocating out-of-state and making such a big career decision. When Justin called with the offer, my walls went up and I declined it, listing excuses for why it wasn't going to work (even though the position was exactly what I wanted). Justin spent HOURS on the phone with me that day, helping me weed through my hesitations, validating real concerns and helping me see where my thinking was distorted. He worked to get me in touch with reps at his client to talk about my concerns, so I'd feel 100% confident before making a decision. During this whole thing, he was patient and not pushy. I got the clarification I needed, my nerves subsided, and I accepted a fantastic offer from the client two days later. Throughout this whole process, I felt valued and unbelievably well taken care of by Steve and Justin. They went above and beyond in every aspect, and now I have my dream job!
