I would give 0 if it was an option. This place is very unprofessional and condescending. I was asked to fill out the application and did so. After I was done and the lady was looking over it asked what my experience was, so I gave insight on the last previous job I worked and in the midst she interrupted and said "okay I get it". I then asked will I have to reach out or will someone give me a call. She then stated someone would call and I never received a call from them only an email to leave a survey which they must have put my info in the system but was choosing to not do anything with it . First off, I tried to apply online and had to go in to finish applying because the online process makes it impossible to finish the application. I then went in and immediately was turned away (I suspect because of my age, I am 46). The reason they gave was because I hadn't worked in 2 years, didn't bother to ask why (my father suffered a stroke and have been taking care of him). I have never been turned away from any temporary agency. I have been working since I was 16 years old. They will be missing out on a hard working, dependable employee. Would not recommend. read more

Wow- I just got hung up on by a Sara at this office. After I answered her very simple questions she wanted me to schedule a "general" interview with one the Recruiters. I was confused and asked what I would be interviewing for she said they would tell me. I didnt want to just come in to do a blind interview and told her that I wasnt interested in doing that. A second later she hung up on me. I called back and realized it was me and she said she was disconnected. I see why this staffing agency has horrible reviews- too bad I have to add to the one star reviews. Look elsewhere people. read more

Not only did they send me emails regarding positions but after i advised the i was in need of a fulltime job right away, i also received text messages for immediate filling. They, for the most part sent me jobs suited to my bachground or my desire/needs. PrideSyaff, way to go! read more

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! They lie to you. They give you false information on what your assignment will be. They don't give you adequate time to get to you assignment, often making you late. Or they give you less than an hour notice for an assignment. read more

Terrible company policies! I have been a stay at home mom for the last 3-4 years. My life situation has changed and need a job quickly so that I can move into another apartment. When I went to a job fair, Anne Gilbert told me that she had no hope for me since I have been out of work for so long and that their company policy was that they don't work with anyone that hasn't worked in 3 months. Went to one of their open houses for the many positions they offer. I was freshly new to Arizona and needed a job at the time to keep my car. I talked to Oksana who not only looked over my resume, but gave me the third degree about everything. I graduated high school in 2012 so I haven't been out of school that long. All my jobs on my resume at the time were just high school seasonal jobs like at mcdonalds and an amusement park, stuff that the same people you worked with probably won't be at the the following year. She demanded that I needed to get the exact supervisors contact number for every job that happened in High School as to verify and talk to these people to make sure the job was real and if I really worked those dates. Like I said before alot of my supervisors went off to work elsewhere or went to college. I also lived in North Carolina. I about told her to shove it somewhere as I drove from Surprise all the way down to Tempe at the time as they were hiring for west valley jobs. I'm glad I moved on to Randstad who looks at your resume and asks about your skills and talents and not accuse of you of not working those jobs. If you at least want to give this place a try don't talk to Oksana as she will doubt your resume. read more
