About four months ago I received a call from Kim Wilson at Ultimate Staffing Services. She had an opening I'd be a great fit for! I was cautiously hopeful. Then she told me who it was for and I was excited! Very excited! I interviewed a short time thereafter and was offered a contractor position at a rate much higher than what I was making previously. I accepted and started after all requested information was exchanged. Four months later I'm starting as a FT employee of the company and can't be happier about it! Kim was amazing to work with and was there with me every step of the way! Day or night I knew Kim was there to help me! It was a nice change from your average staffing agency. My girlfriend had referred me to Ultimate after she landed a new job right away with the help of Mary Beth Swofford. I went in for an interview to see Mary Beth and she listened to all of my needs, but after that I never heard one word from her. I even tried calling and emailing multiple times. Their staff is exceptionally professional and they work hard to find the right role for the individuals who register with them. Horrible staffing agency! Stay away. Excuse after excuse. Wasted my time here. I was working with Adam which in the beginning of my interview "seemed" nice and helpful and was really impressed with my past work history. Never followed up with me and when I would call him, he made an excuse to get off the phone and said he was "working" on finding me something and would follow up with me at a later date. They were never honest with me. A month later still have not heard from them :( I really don't understand this staffing company and after reading a lot of reviews on here, not sure how they even stay in business. This is my second review of Ultimate Staffing and I can't say enuff nice/great things about them. Adam has been terrific and I don't understand the "bad" reviews about him. He has great follow thru and makes me feel like I'm the only client he has (I know that's not true) and is looking out for me. Matt Rockelein, Branch Mgr has been great also. He sent me a text Christmas nite wanting to know if I wanted a week's assignment starting the next day-he had someone withdraw. I accepted and he was happy. Said he had 3 people in mind and I was at the top of his list. (Hmm, was he serious??) Don't care. Was a really nice thing to say and I appreciate the call. These guys Rock!!! read more

If I could give this team 10 stars, I would! I've worked with Ultimate since mid 2016. They found me a temp to hire position that felt like home. After being laid off, they found me another great fit with a temp to hire position. When I made the choice to move on from there on my own, it didn't work out and I ended up without a job for a month! Ultimate found me as much short term temp work as they could and then they found me, yet again, another great temp to hire position! Matt and the whole team have been amazing, showing a real interest in not just filling their position, but finding a great fit for their ambassadors. The placement they found for me this time looks like it may be the job I retire from but if not, I'll go straight back to Matt! If you're looking for temporary jobs or a position that feels like you belong, you can't go wrong looking through Ultimate.
