Saved our marriage! Michelle is incredible. My spouse and I…read morewere at a complete breaking point. We had tried traditional 50-minute weekly couples therapy in the past, but it felt like we spent the first 20 minutes getting caught up and the last 10 wrapping up, without ever getting to the root of our issues. We needed real help, fast. We found Michelle Shahbazyan and booked an intensive couples coaching session (her extended deep-dive session). It was hands down the best investment we have ever made in our relationship. I had seen her for some personal work many years ago and was so glad to have connected with her again for this new issue. Instead of just sitting back and taking notes, Michelle is direct, empathetic, and extremely solution-focused. Having that uninterrupted block of time during the intensive allowed us to finally tear down the communication walls, stop the endless cycle of arguing, and figure out what was actually going wrong in our marriage. If you are searching for a marriage coach or relationship counselor who actually gives you real-life, actionable tools rather than just generic advice, call Michelle. She completely shifted our perspective and gave us a clear path forward. We left our session feeling lighter, reconnected, and hopeful for the first time in years. Highly recommend her to any couple needing a true breakthrough!

My wife and I spent six and a half hours in our initial session with Michelle. It was helpful, but…read moredid not address a major concern (which had been presented to her prior to our first meeting). Within a week of our counseling session our marriage was worse than before. I contacted Michelle and she said that my wife is very guarded about her issues and the likelihood is that she doesn't want to work on herself. Michelle was correct. In hindsight I regret we agreed to such a long initial session. I think we should have limited our initial session to an hour or two. It could have flushed out my wife's lack of willingness and commitment to counseling and saved us an enormous amount of money with no positive result.

Julie is truly my secret weapon, and every glowing review about her is 100% true…read more When I first started working with her, I was stuck in a career I didn't enjoy after 8 years in the same field. I felt trapped -- my skills didn't feel transferable, I didn't want to take a pay cut, and I wasn't sure what direction to go. Within 3 months, Julie helped me land a brand new role in a completely different industry with better hours, fully remote, and paying more than my previous job. Her resumes are incredible. She has such a talent for making your experience shine and tailoring it perfectly to each role. And her interview prep? Unmatched. I won't give away her secrets, but I've never walked into an interview more confident or prepared -- and this is coming from someone who's interviewed plenty of people myself. She also offers a $300/month service where you can ask questions, get feedback, and lean on her for advice whenever you need it. It's worth every penny -- even when I felt like I was messaging her nonstop, she always responded with thoughtful, helpful guidance. What makes Julie stand out most is her honesty. She doesn't sugarcoat things, and that's exactly what makes her so effective. If your interview answers are too long, she'll tell you. If something on your resume doesn't land, she'll fix it. She asks the right questions, pushes you to be clear about what you want, and helps you find opportunities that truly fit your goals and lifestyle. I recommend her to everyone I know. My fiancé and I both landed dream jobs within 3 months of working with her. Investing in Julie was hands down one of the best career decisions I've ever made.

He assured me he had experience working with adults on the spectrum. CLEARLY HE DOES NOT. I think his resume is padded! He had 8 appointments - did not go to all of them because they were useless and he said he felt uncomfortable with what John was asking him. All he did is ask my son if he wanted to go back to school to find a new path. My son has a degree in engineering - he did not need to go back to school. John milked these appointments to bill - PERIOD. He knew what was expected, booked and billed me for 8 appointments and NEVER saw a resume. Might as well have burned $1840.00
