Writing my own resume has always been difficult for me. I don't like bragging about myself and I always downplay my skills. I worked directly with Marc and I was very impressed with the process. He didn't just write my resume for me, but we worked together to create something tailored for the jobs I was applying for. We first chatted for a while about my work experience and skills. Marc asked questions to help me see just how many skills I really have. In the end, I still wrote most of my own resume, but he helped me to determine which content to add, keep, or get rid of. He was also key in helping me phrase my job descriptions. He knows what hiring managers are looking for and what words are going to get your resume into the hands of a human. Not only did Marc help me get an awesome resume, but I felt like a million bucks after working with him and realizing just how talented I really am.
