They are completely dishonest, they say one thing and completely do another. They don't return calls, if you call them, they're "in a meeting" or "at lunch" or on another call. You'll never get a call back. They placed me in a Financial Planner/Tax Preparers office...keep in mind, I'm NOT into finance, and I never said that I wanted to be, but I needed income and it was close to my house. After about a month, I realized that this wasn't a good fit for me. It was an office with no windows (not a huge deal, but I love natural light), horrible music, and it was a family run business. They said no phones, but the grandson works there, and all he does all day is play games on his phone and give his work to the other people. The "office manager" is as dishonest as they come!! People there are so two-faced, it's unreal. I'm still friends with 2 people there, but that's it. I called Robert Half and the girl told me that they had all positive things to say about me, but if I need to vent or complain, to call her any time. I called every once in a while to vent and to see if there was someplace else that they could place me, and "nothing" was ever available. In seven months? That was a lie. After I left, I called them to see if there was anything available and the guy said no. But he asked me how much I wanted to be paid, and the area that I wanted to work. A few days passed and I called back and spoke with the girl who told me that I could call her at any time. She said that before they could represent me or place me anywhere that I needed to have a "coaching call" with my recruiter and that he would be calling me by the end of that day. I never got a call. That was on a Wednesday. On Monday morning, I called them back to get the "coaching call", no one was available (big surprise), but the girl called me back a while later. She told me that they would no longer be representing me because there were concerns about the way I acted over the past 7 months. I wasn't late to work, I didn't miss work (except for when I was in a car accident), I didn't complain to them (I only called RH if I needed to) and she told me that everything was POSITIVE!! I'm so disappointed in the way they handled things. They are dishonest and they don't care where they place you, as long as THEY get paid. They are a terrible company.

However, before I could look them up, I was contacted by All About People agent, Alexandria Gillming. Due to having found my Resume on Indeed, she reached out to me, and thus began my A+ experience with her and All About People. When I arrived at the office for my interview, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by an updated, modern, clean, and inviting building, both on the exterior and the interior. The receptionist, Ethy, went above and beyond to make sure that I had a comfortable experience. Once she'd greeted me, she kept me updated on the activities of my interviewer (both Alex, and the owner, Sherri Mitchell), ensuring that I never felt forgotten about or frustrated. She was extremely kind, and pleasant to talk to. Upon being ushered into the interview area by Ms. Gillming, I once again felt comfortable in the environment. Local art adorns the walls, and the air felt fresh and clean. She began to discuss with me a position that she believed me capable of even though I don't possess a background in that particular industry. When I left the interview, I left holding my head high, encouraged by the feeling of being believed in, smiled at, and valued. I had shaken hands with a professional "encourager", who is otherwise known as a Recruiter. A few days later, I arrived for another interview. This time my interview was conducted by the owner, Sherri Mitchell. After spending time with her, it became quickly apparent to me that possesses a zest for people, passion for her job, and the strong qualities needed to succeed. She handled our interview with finesse, and also left me feeling encouraged and supported. Although my relocation plans have changed, I was given great customer service through to the very last moment. I would never hesitate to work with the staff in Phoenix, and look forward to someday being in the same location as another All About People.
