I always get phone calls when the results come in. I get follow ups. I've never had a problem to schedule an appointment very easy to get in and out.

I do not recommend redirect health for anyone, my employer bought this for his employees and this…read morehas been so stressful since day 1. I was told I had 12 visits for physical therapy, I called each time before I went and confirmed where I was going was in the network and that redirect health would pay and I even have a text that my copay would be $50 each visit. 3 months later so far I owe over $900 for 2 visits and UCHealth said they were told by redirect health that they aren't going to pay. I had an emergency surgery happen, called on my way to the hospital to make sure I'm going to the right place and confirmed I would have coverage and they said don't worry you'll be covered. I received a text that my out of pocket for this surgery would be $3800. 3 months later uchealth sends me a bill for almost $15,000. I called UCHealth and they said they billed redirect health $20,000 for my surgery and they paid $5,000 and they want UCHealth to adjust off the rest of the balance. Of course UCHealth will not do that, so my bill is well over $15,000 so far. This has been such a nightmare and so stressful. What happened to my out of pocket maximum being $4000? what makes me so mad, is before I moved forward with this plan, I brought up all the bad reviews about how people say redirect health doesn't pay, and they reassured me that those people must not have followed process. Well guess what, I did everything right and it still happened to me!
