However, Covey will reassign them. What I like best about Covey is how they have support available to guards on nights and weekends, not all companies do. I saw several good reviews on Google mentioning Tom and Roger, and I'm glad to see those. I have never met Roger before, but I have spoken to Tom before, and he seemed extremely responsive and caring of the Covey employees.
