I was told that I claimed 2 dependents, which I did not. Then I was told it was about tax law by someone who is not a tax adviser it had to do tax law?! I was talked down to, and give not one but TWO apologies that I "don't know tax law." I've had to call at least 5 times now, and have gotten no concrete answers. I attempted to file a formal complaint and was hung up on and finally spoke to Joe Beers who was - surprise surprise- unhelpful and rude. A direct quote "listen lady, it's not our fault if you didn't plan your taxes." This complaint will be followed up with one to the better business bureau as well as the attorney general.
