I would not recommend Iggy for your taxes or payroll service. I had been a client for approx. two years. The first year was fine and I did receive some good investment advice. However the second year I received a 6000 tax bill for penalties, late fees and interest. I was understanding and continued using his services. After filing the return for 2020, we reviewed some numbers together and he realized I needed an amendment, since some figures were reported twice. I contacted him three-four times no response. What a COWARD! Not wanting to even return an email for errors on his part. In the midst of these issues Iggy offer to take me to a Suns game. As if this would mask is laziness and inattention to detail, what an embarrassment. If I ever treated my patients like he treats his clients I would be out of business. I found Ignatius on Yelp and am very happy that I did. I have never used a CPA before and was kind of skeptical because I thought it was going to be super expensive. I received several quotes via Yelp from other CPAs near my home and he was the most reasonable. Even though he was the most reasonable, I don't feel like his service lacked anything. He is very knowledgeable and he cares about his clients. He helped me and my husband with our 2018 individual taxes which was a little complicated because we relocated during that year. He was very patient and very accommodating to our schedule. Although he had his posted hours he was flexible and that was much appreciated.
