The Accountingprose team members are life-savers! We have struggled to find accountants who can keep up with our ever-changing business needs and integrate with our softwares. Accountingprose excels at both. They are always available and truly know their craft. I highly, highly reommend partnering with them for your accounting needs. read more

I spoke with someone by the name Ashley. She quoted me $1,000 a month for bookkeeping service even we only have 50 transactions a month. She also told me that they can't work with spas, wellness, or healthcare field. This place is definitely not for small business owners. Look elsewhere! read more

Accounting Prose - I'm very sure it's your company because she actually scheduled an appt for me. And apparently gave a me fake name!! - Accountants Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Tina and Katrina were so incredibly helpful, what a blessing this company was! I just started in accounting/bookkeeping this past April, and have absolutely no technical background. When my company decided to switch accounting software, I knew trying to integrate QuickBooks Pro 2014 with XERO would be nearly impossible for me to do by myself. Xero has a support page online that will walk you through it, but I couldn't even grasp the first step. I can't tell you how amazing their guidance has been. Tina integrated everything for us and fixed all of the past accounting mistakes so we could start with a clean slate, and Katrina conducted an online meeting with us to show us how to use Xero. You have forever costumers in us! read more

Cristina and her band of # crunching sprites are truly a rare breed. As soon as we switched over to them, our entire team breathed a deep sigh of relief. They are radically helpful, friendly, and professional. Where many in their world try to pass a lot of the grunt work (entries/notes) on to the client, they are constantly finding ways to reduce the number of little annoyances you'll have to face. And they are darn good at it. It'll feel like things are just on auto-pilot, because they'll be so on top of it, and you'll have so much faith in their work. In addition to all of that, and just being great people, they have been a beacon of calm through the stormy seas of COVID. At a time when others are pointing fingers, and passing bucks, they have done more than their share, and worked tirelessly to do all they can to help. There are only a few resources/partners I point to as true game changers in my business, and Cristina's company is planted firmly on that list. Thanks to all of them, and please do yourselves a favor and try them out :) read more

Feels weird to review something other than a restaurant so positively but I felt compelled after my recent experiences with AccountingProse. As a small business owner [computer janitor], I was not unhappy with the bookkeeper I was already using when I heard about AccountingProse. A friend who runs a few businesses suggested I look at their services and pricing and see if it might be worth switching. This is a person who I trust implicitly about food, drink and music, so why not business services? Upon my first meeting with Cristina [the boss? I think, not sure. She has the air of a boss if that makes sense :p] I knew instantly I would switch over for one very simple reason: Passion. That's right, passion. This lady is just plain nutty about numbers and hell bent on doing the best possible job she can. And it is clear how this impacts her work. I always try and bring this level of service to my customers, and I never felt this level of give-a-shit from previous bookkeepers. It has been extremely refreshing working with her. In the past three months I have: *Paid less for my bookkeeping services *Gotten vastly better service *Reduced overhead [a.k.a. increased profits] with a few cool tricks she brought to my attention [details that never seemed to catch the eye of my former firm] I have also recommended AccountingProse to just about everybody I know. The person who recommended to me is one of those extremely finicky people whose opinion I knew I could trust. Most of my friends see me the same way. I cannot suggest highly enough that you contact them and determine for yourself if you feel like you are being fully served by your present bookkeeper. read more

I've been using Tina and AccountingProse for a while now. She sat down and made something that was clearly confusing and intimidating become something very easy to comprehend. She is patient and will make the whole payroll process super simple. She has taken a load off when it comes to those nitty gritty details of hiring new staff. Now I'm a pro. She gave me all the documents I needed to have my staff up and running with automated payments and handled all my 1099's like a pro. I am super busy running around and do not have time to deal with handling all of these payroll details and feel so fortunate I have Tina fighting for me and making sure I am doing it all right. She is quick and is great to work with! Highly recommend!! read more

Tina is incredible. I've never known someone as passionate about what they do as Tina is, and her job is accounting. She somehow makes numbers easy to understand in a fun and engaging way. She is an expert in her field, though she dabbles in other areas. If you need something outside of her expertise, she will always refer you to someone qualified who can help. Tina uses the most current methods of accounting, and makes it easy to integrate her services with your current process. Whether it's for tax returns, general accounting or payroll, I don't think I would ever go with another firm for my accounting needs. A++++ read more

TINA and her crew are simply -- AWESOME!! Bookkeeping and payroll service management are a necessary detail of running a business that cannot be overlooked and missed. It needs to be done RIGHT and ON-TIME and PERFECT every time. Explaining to an employee or a vendor a bank or anybody else as to why the numbers aren't right, or the checks weren't cut, or the myriad of excuses that a TOO BUSY business owner and UNDER-STAFFED or UNDER-QUALIFIED employee can come up with, just doesn't cut it. Accountingprose cuts through the B.S. and simply gets it done right; all the time! We love their EFFICIENCY, we love their INTEGRITY, we love their SIMPLICITY, we love their QUALITY, we love their PRICING. Bookkeeping and payroll services in the Phoenix area can and should be trusted to Tina and Accountingprose. ... 'nuff said! Thank you guys and keep up the good work! read more

I despise accounting, and yet I look forward to my weekly accounting meeting with Tina. She and her talented crew are a new breed of accountant firm. They not only keep on top of my books, but they actively work to innovate their own tools and processes. Unlike any number cruncher I have ever met, they abandon outdated systems and move to proven, innovated new systems and services - even if these changes help to cut their billable hours. In short, AccountingProse unselfishly puts your needs as a business owner in front of their own. Smart, efficient, detailed-oriented, and incredibly hard working. Worth every penny. read more

Accounting is the stuff that nightmares are made of! Cristina and team does an incredible job of insulating me from that madness. AccountingProse lets me focus on what I love and not get bogged down in the details. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Scheduled a first introduction zoom meeting for 3/25/21 -where they scheduled me and sent me a link. I was there. They were NOT. I waited several weeks for this appointment, and took time away from work and clients to make room for it. Not cool to leave me hanging...and waste my time. Suprised at this behavior from a company with such good reviews. No call, no follow up. read more

Made appointment for a free consultation and no one showed up in the online meeting room. No response to a message asking to reschedule.

I could write a paperback book about the awesomeness of this company and it's Chief Number Cruncher Tina Garza! I am a small handyman operation and trying to find the right company took me awhile... accounting firm (1) too high, accounting firm (2) too low, and I was looking for "just right"! In a moment of pure aim to find the just right one I goggled "Accountant Phoenix, AZ " and in the top three was Accountingprose.com Something stood out about Accountingprose, so I called for a free consultation and within ten minutes of our meeting I knew I had finally found the correct accounting firm for my company! Not only did Tina have a vast knowledge and understanding of the position that my Quickbooks file was in, but had a winning attitude to do more than just fix the mess I was in. I hired her firm in September 2013 and they literally had to input all my past months into Quickbooks because it was just a high dollar check register for me. I gave her a box full of papers and they inputted all the services orders, receipts, and whatever Quickbooks does quickly! I signed a monthly contract after this work was done, at a rate that even a small business like mine can afford! I cannot even imagine needing to find anyone else to do my books again. Tina is a person who really knows her software and updated me from Quickbooks to Xero. I was unsure of the switch at first but I have found the software to be very easy to understand and follow what is going on in my daily bookkeeping! A great big HURRAY, HURRAY, and HURRAY to Tina and all the number crunchers on her staff. You are all outstanding-- 5-STAR Rating! Billie Grace, owner Billie's Handyman Services LLC read more

I can't say enough good things about Cristina and the rest of the team at Accountingprose! They have standard systems that make sense but also are super responsive when we need something special. They've worked with us to create a monthly/quarterly/yearly process that meets our needs and they produce content for my board so I don't have to. When we've had something urgent come up they've worked late and weekends to make it happen including most recently with the Payroll Protection Program loan application which they made sure we got. Would 100% recommend. read more

Never thought I would be excited about accounting yet here I am. We've been using this firm for some time and what's not to like. CMA plenty of times and haven't had a problem (knock on wood) since switching to this service. Who would have thought you can receive great service without having to paying an arm and a leg. Now, if only I could find a trustworthy law service. read more

Cristina from accounting pros has been an amazing find for our company. Her payroll company took over over as our provider several months ago and the results have been great. Tina and her team are simply put amazing! They over-deliver. From showing us how to leverage technology to help us run our business more efficiently, how responsive they are to questions and concerns, and ensuring all the little details of are taken care of. Most recently, they went above and beyond in helping to coordinate all necessary financials in applying for available federal grants. We were approved in 4 days!!! I know they've worked tirelessly behind-the-scenes to make this happen and truly grateful for their caring, personal touch. Highly recommended. read more

Maybe the coolest company on Yelp. I feel like I just partnered with my genius sister and all of her high power accountant buddies. We were lost before we started with this company and now we have a clear direction. We had sales, marketing and operations figured out, but the money was beyond our abilities. Now it's just all figured out and I have total confidence that the books are kept properly and we are getting great advice. All of this for much less than an in-house bookkeeper. read more

I'm very happy with all the folks at AP and recommend them highly. read more

Tina is knowledgeable and helpful with bookkeeping issues. My business is still in the early stages, and I needed someone I could rely on for guidance around best practices for keeping track of my records.
