They no longer return phone calls or emails which makes running a business even more challenging. They provide dates to submit your return info online then extend you anyways despite meeting those deadlines and expect you to pay for the extensions even though you did your part correctly. They've missed some significant deductions the past few years and are generally not very thorough. There is a serious lack of professionalism and duty to their clients. I recommend utilizing another firm that is more engaged with their clients.

Each time I called them, HR Block would say they have escalated the issue to the branch & that the branch would contact me. It has been over 4 months and only yesterday I received a phone call from the branch manager, who also did our taxes, to inform us that she had made filed our taxes WRONG and we OVERPAID our taxes by $2000!!!!! Oh and the piece of mind can only be used at the branch it was purchased. How do we know this? We went to another branch which flatly refused to review the taxes and wanted to charge us another $300 to review it! What a complete BS because we obviously did not want the same person to review our taxes again! And HR Block did NOTHING at all. I have filed a complaint with BBB and from there you can also see the other complaints made against HR Block.
