Express employment professional?.. The service is horrible. This place is far from professional, they give you the runaround constantly. The recruiter Estella has been giving me the runaround since June and it's already hard to get a job and seems she never there or she is so called busy and will call me back and never does and also she say she will call and give me a text once a Job is available but never does so I end up call and Everytime it's a excuse and then tells she thought I was going to call her. Like what?! So now the jobs she told me about are now gone and then she tells me about some new ones for just to do it again. Don't waste your time at this establishment I suggest trying another temp agency that exactly acts as professionals and that will value your time read more

I applied on a Monday, received a call on Wednesday, 1st interview was on Thursday. Got a 2nd interview with the employer. I was given the opportunity to try the job out for a few hours and I was pleasantly surprised and thankful. I got the position I applied for and I'm grateful to Mauricio and Cory for all their help. I was very disappointed in the services that I got from this agency. As other reviews mentioned. When I first interviewed in the staff was very cordial and helpful and Janet made several comments about how easy it would be to find job. I made an appointment and watched Janet help three other people before me... Once I got in the system I was called maybe twice for job but once I accepted they would call me back in thirty minutes or so and say they didn't need anyone. I was very dissatisfied with this location. I was not treated professional as I would have treated my own clients. I ended up leaving and calling Kristen Allen, the owner at that business. If you still believe that the "customer" is always right. I sure wouldn't give this company my business. I would have gone back if the owner had wanted to make things right for me... the customer. I have never been so disappointed in a staffing agency. I had a couple great interviews for a job and the recruiter I was working with called me immediately after informing me that I was being offered the position and to go ahead put in my two weeks notice at my current job. I followed up a few days before I was supposed to start the new job since I hadn't heard anything from Express and was informed that the recruiter I was working with was no longer with the company and that I actually didn't have a new job to start. Thankfully I was able to get my old job back but they really left me in a horrible position. I don't think I will even try working with them again after they completely jeopardized my life like that. There are better, more reputable agencies that won't put you in the horrible position they left me in. read more

Everyone I've ever spoken with has been very helpful and seems to really care about helping me find a position that fits with my background. I also spoke with Kristen the owner and she really went to work for me in finding me a job. They were able to put me to work at a warehouse where the pay was really good and now I can pay my bills! I called Express looking to utilize their services. Kristen told me I needed to make an appointment with Janet to get started. I made an appointment for later that day. The appointment time came and went with no call. An hour later, I called and told Janet about our appointment time, she said "Oh, Kristen didn't tell me." Figuring that mistakes happen, I made an appointment for the following day with Janet. Once again, my appointment time came and went. I gave it another hour in case they were busy and called Janet again. I received an automated message that they were in "a brief business meeting" for the next two hours. When someone finally answered the phone, it was Janet. She said she was the only one in the office. No apology. She asked to make another appointment later that day. Being desperate for a job, I made one more appointment and once again I never received a call. Don't waste your time with this company. They staff is very unprofessional. They don't care about you. I first started off going to the Mesa location. Horrible. Got an interview for a csr position and they told me express will reach out with the training details. This was on a Wed. I got a call from them Fri with a VM about warehouse and other open positions, heard nothing about this job that seemed I got into. I called back and left VM since no one answered and never got back to me and they called the next Wed with another VM about the same things as the previous VM. When I was also in that office getting an interview and talking about my experience, the guy was over there looking at his other collegue making a face and it was completely unprofessional and weird. I decided to go to the Chandler location since it's the same time distance and the vibe itself even when I called in was extremely different and vibrant. Anthony at the front desk is absolutely amazing and freaking killing it!! Over there doing interviews, answering phones, and helping those coming in for their checks. I came in on Friday and they didn't have positions I was looking for except some warehouse but felt I wouldn't like it based off our conversations which I appreciate. They had a currently closed one that was to be open soon and Anthony made a call to just to see and they ended up wanting me start the following week on Monday just after the weekend. A really great opportunity and it's close to me. I appreciate the staff actually caring and being honest with what they had and trying for me like that. You guys rock! read more
