Cow bells being rang while on the phone with contractors who have legitimate questions about their livelihood and they can't hear. A lot of really young unprofessional people work here. The kind that have company events at resort pools or drinks all of the time. The dress code is nasty. I saw more breasts and butt cheeks than at a strip club.
