I have read the 1 stars and found their experiences the exact opposite of my experiences (over the past 6 years). In the beginning I worked with several staffing agencies throughout the Valley, to maximize my opportunities; as I found OfficeTeam (Chandler) has/had the most professional matches for my mid to upper level employment qualifications. I did find, at various times, the businesses inquiring wanted different skill sets then I possessed, but that is the nature of the beast and something OfficeTeam has little control over. At these times, I did not receive phone calls and would often call to check-in (because they were working with other employees to fill these positions that did not fit my qualifications). OfficeTeam was very helpful and honest in their answers, as I do not remember going much over 2 weeks without an assignment; eventually finding permanent/full-time employment through one of their assignments (please note: 2 weeks is not a long time in the competitive business market, and I often went from assignment to assignment). I have since used OfficeTeam as a reference and would recommend OfficeTeam for your employment needs, as I cannot say anything negative about the services and treatment I receive(d). Don't waste your time. We had been having trouble finding quality staff and my HR team said let's try and use a recruiter. Yes it is much more expensive but they will spend the time to interview, vet the candidate, and screen out all the candidates that likely aren't a good fit. That isn't exactly how it went. Robert Half gives you one interview with each candidate before you can make a decision. The first hire never showed up for her first day. Second one lasted just a couple days and said it was too busy for her. Third candidate told us after we hired her that she couldn't work for us because she didn't own a car and didn't have reliable transportation. Bottom Line: Joe Mizzi and his team failed us miserably. Then when we told him that we weren't happy his reply was "I didn't twist your arm to hire them," Stay clear of Robert Half and the Joe Mizzi team. read more

I've moved around a lot and the first stop in my employment search has always been Accountemps. I like having someone else find me a job (going through the want ads is so depressing!) and the fact that I get to try out the company before I commit to becoming an employee. I didn't know what a recruiter was, no joke. As a long-time, but retired teacher, I never had need of one. I met with a recruiter who seemed to be very excited, and assured me she would help me find work. I received one offer for a two day job. I was called about a job, and was, as I felt, admonished for not doing IKM testing, which I had never received. Testing was resent, and I got busy. I had some tech problems, and called the recruiter; she had left before 4pm. I emailed 2 or 3 more times, no response until a week later. Job lost, I guess, and sent another recruiter name. Long story short, I found my own job, in the field we had discussed, with about the wage I wanted. I will not use this recruiter again. read more

The absolute worst experience with the Chandler, Arizona Office. I was on assignment and I had an awesome e-mail from my immediate supervisor just the day before which I should have saved and printed out and the very next day I was released from my position and no-reason was given for the sudden ending of my assignment. Luckily I saved 5-6 e-mails that were all beyond "positive". Joe Mizzi, ended my assignment by telephone while I was driving home from work, that's how unprofessional they are at Office Team. Would NOT recommend working through this contract employment agency. You can do better elsewhere. read more

OfficeTeam is by far the best employment agency around! I have had the pleasure of being represented by OfficeTeam several times throughout my lengthy career. I lost my job four years ago due to the economy and OfficeTeam was able to keep me afloat with good assignments that lasted anywhere from a couple of weeks to three months.
