I had the pleasure of starting as a contractor with Adecco back in 1998. In that time I've never had a problem getting an assignment, or receiving follow-up regarding assignments. My first permanent job through Adecco was with a private university in 1998, which lasted 11.5 yrs until the company was restructured. I went back to Adecco and they lined me up with a seasonal position with target.com, and then another permanent position with Charles Schwab.
All of the Adecco staff has been absolutely great to work with from my personal experience. However, I want to shine the spotlight of admiration and adoration on Esmerelda Munoz from the 7th Street and Missouri Ave Adecco branch. I have had the honor of working with Esmerelda for quite a few years and I must say that she's a PHENOMENALLY STELLAR manager to work with. Esmerelda is always, always, always in great spirits and happy, and is always positively motivating her contractors. She's very personable, understanding, reasonable, and fair in all of her decisions where her contractors are concerned. And she always has the contractors' best interest at heart.
There was never a day that she didn't have time to speak with or listen to a situation that a contractor may have been having; even if it was not work related. She was always helping all of her contractors in every way possible to land that permanent job. She properly and selflessly coached everyone on the reality of what was expected, and what it would take to successfully get to where they wanted to be in their career. Be it just a temporary position to building a career with a large corporation, whatever your direction and desire for employment is Esmerelda is there to help you achieve it.
Esmerelda is the embodiment of one the Adecco statements, "This is about more than our company. It's about our people. People with a passion for helping others. People who are experts in their roles. People who learn from setbacks and celebrate successes. People who absolutely, 100% love what they do." Esmerelda 100% truly loves what she does! I was very saddened to hear that Esmerelda would be leaving the Phoenix area; it's definitely a huge loss on this end. But I'm glad to know she's just a stone throw away if I ever decide to relocate! Esmerelda I want you to know that I greatly appreciate, admire, and adore you immensely and you've certainly made a great impact on my life!
Thank you for all that you do and have done!!!!
Sincerely,
