I would only be on the computer 45 minutes or so before turning the display off to let it cool down. My computer is 17 years old and I put off replacing the fan as long as I could. I called on Wednesday before noon and they picked it up that afternoon. By Friday I had my computer back and it's like it's new again. It has made a world of difference. You can't get any better service for the reasonable charge than Geeks Mobile.

I could not be more unhappy with the service of this company. Two weeks ago, they showed up more…read morean hour late for an appointment - no phone call, no prior notice - nothing. They have no respect or appreciation for how a professional office works. The two items that I paid them to fix that day also did not get fixed, The problems have continued to this day - and they are major problems that seriously disrupt our workflow. Deon Lee Hanson then talked me into "upgrading" my network, telling me that my network was running on very old technology. So, I agreed to pay him for, and paid him, for this supposed "upgrade." While here to perform the supposed "upgrade," they shut down my computer and disconnected me from my network without telling me in advance. I was working on several documents at the time, all of which were lost and had to be redone because of this bonehead move. When I asked Deon Lee why they did this, he replied that he didn't know that I was here. Didn't know that I was here? I welcomed him at the door and have a glass enclosed office that looks directly into the area where our server closet is located. No honesty at all in my opinion. The "upgrade" has since turned into a disaster. EVERYTHING on my system and network runs slower than it did before Deon Lee Hanson touched anything. Our ability to maintain our workflow is even worse now. I asked Deon Lee for the money back that I paid for the repairs he never performed and the supposed "upgrade" that made my system worse. I needed the money back because now I am going to have to pay another IT firm to come in and fix this utter mess that Geeks Mobile created. Mr. Lee refused to refund my money. I now have to file a lawsuit. Folks, there are plenty of good mobile IT firms out there that are far, far better and more professional than this one. In my opinion, whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are not talented and will not make things right when they mess up.

They just printed his awesome new 2-sided 4-color business cards for a smokin' deal and they looked great! I called to get pricing. I wanted recommendations to get a business card with a luxury feel and look. Andrew was super helpful with ideas (he always is) and optimistic he could deliver. He's always upbeat. I don't think he has a bad day. He suggested I come in and take a look at samples. He showed me card stocks, rounded and square corners, silk and spot UV so I could see the differences. After a short meeting, I'd ordered 2,500 stylin' cards for less than 9 cents each. My last cards cost 33 cents each. Boy, has printing changed. They have convenient parking right in front, a block from Camelback and Scottsdale Rd and they're open Til 6 pm. Thanks for the great service, MARKIT MEDIA! No one answered the phone but the msg says that their # can accept texts so I sent a text. 2 hrs later (no problem with that), I rec'd a text stating I'd get a call shortly, then asking for my name for files they may have from previous order. I let them know my name and that this is not applicable - I'm with a new company. Never heard from them again. What a joke. I suggest calling Larry at AZ Print Co - he answered the phone, and walked me through my questions and what I need. He is doing the job for me.

I had called another repair shop beforehand and was quoted almost $300, which made absolutely no sense considering I bought my laptop open-box for only $400! He spent so much time trying to find me a good deal (and we know that in business, time is money). I was so surprised at the price he was going to charge me that I insisted on maying 33% more (people that go above and beyond deserve to be fairly compensated). I know enough about the computer hardware business (having done it a bit in the 90s) that I can tell he has the highest ethical standards. For those that don't understand troubleshooting and technology, unethical folks could talk circles around clients to take advantage of them. Mark is 100% the opposite of this and is how we want everyone who does work for us to treat us - with integrity and at reasonable prices. Hopefully, in our work this is how we all treat our own clients and employers. If we want to see more good honest workmanship in the world, we need to recognize it when we see it and share it with others... as I am doing here.
