Doctor Shah spent 1.5 hours with me on my first office visit, treated me as an individual (not an age), and listened attentively to the pain, suffering, and frustration I was going thru. The medical assistants are also very nice. The billing department is super helpful. I have no complaints! Dr. Mandalawi is the only one at this office. Sometimes, the wait can be long, but that's rare. He takes his time. He does a thorough head to toe examination. He listens to all your concerns. He does not rush. He is a kind and compassionate man.
