First time at this salon. It was very easy to set up an appointment on the phone. Same day. Parking is tight, but I was able to grab a spot. Service was great. I was greeted and attended to immediately. The manicurist was patient with me, gentle, and did a great job. The space is clean, inviting, and fun. The employees didn't speak much to each other, nor to the customers. Not a complaint, just an observation. I hope to be back again!
Katie is AMAZING! I showed her my inspo and she absolutely nailed it! I've gone to other places where they claim they can do the inspo I showed them and it ends up looking nothing like it but not Katie!
This is the type of place where you can feel confident in getting 10/10 work from any nail tech. I've worked with so many of them and never been disappointed. Today, Katie blew me away with her artistry and understanding of color/shading. Huge bonus: They are *always* on schedule and abide by appointment times.
Went to Mia to get my nails done for my graduation photos and they turned out amazing. I always get dip powder nails and wanted something neutral for my grad photos. My mom has been going here for a long time now and recommended the nail salon for me to go to. All of the nail artists are great and take their time. The salon is very beautiful as well!
Professional. Clean. Nice interior. Lots of nail techs. Appointments & walk in ok. Various products available. Great work. Can't complain
Not going to lie....I was stressed when walking in on a Sunday in my gray sweat uniform (if you know you know). I had let the nails get beyond unacceptable...it was a mani/pedi emergency. They could only do my pedi at first. I agreed knowing my anxiety would be over the top! I could not make another week at the current status. lol All good--they took care of me. Out of pity? Don't care! 5 star every day/all day! See you soon
Incredible nail art and all around great service! I got a gel x manicure with nail art done by Tyson and the nails turned out so amazing, he is truly an artist. I brought in a reference photo and we talked about what I liked about the nails and the colors I wanted and I think it turned out even better than the pic. The salon itself is super comfortable, they offered me water and la croix as soon as I sat down. I also splurged on the green tea refresh pedicure and I highly recommend if you're looking for some relaxation & callus removal. Will definitely be back soon
Long overdue nail review but I highly recommend making an appointment in general and requesting Key!!! He is the best. I had a reference picture for nails and he replicated it so well but also added his own touches. You're allowed to tip when you pay up front. Call and book, they get busy FAST and do not have time for walks ins. Apple Pay accepted
Amazing and beautiful work. They are so kind and very helpful throughout the service. Very relaxed and happy.
My partner and I visited Nailsneedlove on a Friday for pedicures and had a great experience. We booked the night before through their website, which was quick and easy. I got the Summer Pedicure with gel and my partner had the Herbal Detox Pedicure. Both nail techs were polite and attentive, Pennie in particular took her time - I'll definitely request her again. The salon has a clean, relaxed vibe. Our 1:30 PM appointment started right on time. It was busy when we arrived but much quieter by 2:00-3:00 PM. I also appreciated their attention to hygiene- when a tool was accidentally dropped, they immediately opened a fresh, sanitized pack. We originally came here because our usual salon, 1989, was under construction- but Nailsneedlove might be our new salon (yet to be determined based on how 1989 is after construction).
I came to this spot because I followed my girl from a different salon. She went MIA on me after she left the old shop that I used to go to but I was able to find her at this new spot. This place is clean and the music is good. It's pretty peaceful compared to a lot of nail shops I go to.
I scheduled nail appointments for myself and my daughter and requested a specific technician. When we arrived, I was initially assigned to her, but shortly after, another customer with a booking issue arrived. Despite already starting my nails, I was moved to a different technician without explanation, which felt wrong and disrespectful. At the same time, I noticed my daughter's hand was bleeding. She said the technician had accidentally cut her finger. Seeing her hurt was alarming, and although the technician apologized and my daughter didn't want to make a fuss, I felt even more disappointed. After all that, we didnt complain - but when we finished and paid, the manager did not acknowledge us as we left, which was dismissive, especially given the situation. Be warned, I for one wont be back to this place.

Went yesterday to get my nails done and a pedicure. Haven't had fake nails for a long time but decided for an upcoming wedding to go out of my comfort zone and get gelx almond. My appt was with Tyson. He was patient and very kind. He helped me understand what I was getting. The nails turned out great and just what I asked for. I also had a pedicure with Todd. I think the pedicure was one of the best I've ever had. Attention to detail was on point with both these gentlemen! The salon is very relaxing and a great vibe. Location is great too next to banzai bowl! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great nails and a relaxing/clean environment. read more

My new favorite nail salon! I will say, this place is a bit pricey for gelx nails with designs. However, I would pay the price due to the quality of my nails! This set can easily last me 3/4 weeks no problem. This salon is also super clean, amazing color choices, and the workers are super friendly and do amazing work. The only downside to this salon is the parking. I would recommend this nail salon if you want your nails to last! read more

Such a lovely experience here today! I was visiting from LA and looking to treat myself to a gel-x manicure and pedicure. The service was prompt, and the salon extremely clean and welcoming. I am so pleased with the results. I appreciated the attention to detail on my nails and the pedicure was luxurious. I would definitely come back- and next time go for a shoulder and neck massage too. I believe Katie did my nails. Thank you for such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! read more

I was able to get a same day appointment with Mia to try gel x extensions with cat eye. I had questions about gel x and other options available and Tom took the time to explain all the options in detail with me. He was very sweet and helpful. Mia was my technician who was very efficient and skilled. She was attentive to detail and made sure I liked the product before continuing. She matched the color, shape and length that I requested without any issue. I love the outcome and will be coming back here as a regular. Wonderful experience and highly recommend!! read more

I have been going here for a little over a year and have been thrilled with my experience every time. I am very picky when it comes to my nails and this salon delivers high quality every single time. They are professional and kind, every technician does a fantastic job and the salon is very clean. I always get dip with gel on top for my manicure and they never chip, the shape is fantastic and they have a great selection of colors. I get gel pedicures and also always have a wonderful experience. This salon is definitely 5 stars in every category possible! read more

I really wanted to hide this gem from everyone, but I can't go on life without praising them! I have been going to them ever since they opened. I am a wedding planner, so having the most modern and stylish nails is my top luxury. I take a different picture of designs every time I go and they exceed my expectations EVERY time. They not only give you perfect nails, they add an upgrade to the design to enhance even more. I live in Irvine, but I drive get my nails done here. I would probably drive even an hour to get to this salon. Hands down, the best I ever had. And I am probably the pickiest person when choosing a nail salon, because I tried so many in Irvine and they all faded me horribly. Go to this salon if you want long lasting gorgeous nails! read more

Amazing studio! All the techs here are highly trusted by me. Whether I'm getting a full set of gel x, a gel builder, acrylic or just a mani pedi I always leave satisfied. I've been coming here for years every 2-3 weeks and always leave extremely happy with a fresh set of nails. They keep the tvs running so I am entertained during my services. Water is always offered.
